Our garage door stopped working so I called in the morning on January 12th and Rob West was at our home by 11:30 am. There was a problem with the Linear motor and Rob replaced it at no charge as it was still under warranty. Rob was knowledgeable, timely and courteous. He did a great job and even programmed my car to open the door too! One thing I didn’t notice until a few days later was that I forgot to mention that we also had an outside keypad. We don’t use it a lot but it is convenient when need. I called back and the next morning Craig Earle was there first thing to replace the keypad. He was done in just a few minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Precision Door. You really stand by your work!

Garage door stopped in mid stream, had to use manually for a day. Tech showed up on time and repaired problem with the motor (capacitor replaced). In and out in 20 minutes, good job.

It can be very frustrating when your 2-day weekend is put on hold when your garage door won't open, and my car is in the garage. especially on a Sunday. Then the possible time loss at work on Monday till it is fixed. I really appreciated Precision Overhead Garage door service to come out on a Sunday to fix my garage door. The technician came out earlier than I expected, Technician not only fixed my door; he had to fix it with limited space between my car and the door; then explained how to keep it in good working order. Our garage door was about 20 years old and one day decided it was done. We called Precision and was quickly scheduled for a next day appt. Travis arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected, was friendly, very professional and gave us several options of repair. We agreed on the price (5% veteran’s discount) and about 90 minutes later, we were all set to go. He explained all the features of our new motor AND took the time to program our car to open the door remotely. He cleaned up the garage and was on his way. I can say enough about our Tech Travis and the professional service we received. It’s nice to know that a company and its service people still care about giving great service to the customer. We will highly recommend Precision to anyone. They provided us with great quality service at a fair price.
