My garage door spring broke and I remembered the Precision's commercials that they will come anytime. It broke Saturday evening and I called them that day and they came out about 10a the next day. I was thrilled with that service. The tech was very professional and I liked their website because it showed the picture of the person that was coming. He did a fantastic job on my garage door and made it new again. I had him replaced everything that was old. It was 16 years old. I would definitely use them again. I even recommended them to someone else.

I’ve used Precision Overhead several times. I’ve always received good service. They are a little “pricey” but you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service from initial telephone contact to the completion of the repair. My old garage door opener finally died. The tech that was assigned to my repair was awesome! He contacted me to advise of his arrival. He took the time to assess the issues and gave me my options. The work was completed in a timely manner. My garage door has never worked as well as it does now. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Employee (Christian),quality of work, and response speed for replacement (the same day) of the remote opener that was hit by lightning were 5 star quality. Purchased garage door opener, 3button remote,power surge, keyless entry. Just thought the final bill was a little high .. I guess you get what you pay for.
