We heard a loud bang coming from the garage. When we looked for the source we discovered a broken door spring. I called Precision and within two hours a very nice , professional young man named Austin Orton was here to do the repairs. He examined the door and and went over the needed repairs with me. About an hour later, the door was up and running. Thank you for your excellent service! I will recommend you without hesitation to anyone who ask...

Because I was so pleased with my experience with Precision 5 yrs ago when I purchased the door, I naturally called them again when it needed repairs. The tech, Chris Wyckoff, provided excellent service in every way. He was punctual, professional and courteous. He asked pertinent questions, explained why it occurred, and not only fixed the problem but took measures to prevent it from happening again. Thank you!!

The technician called saying he was 30 minutes away. He arrived on time. We talked then he closed and opened the garage door. He inspected the door thoroughly, then he told me the issues he saw. After putting a price on each item, we discussed options. This is a 21 year old garage door system which has all original parts. I decided to proceed and he went to work. He said it would be about 2 hours, and it was. It needed quite a bit of new parts. After he finished, he showed me what was done, demonstrated the new opener, re coded the outside keypad and went over the annual lubrication recommendation. Pretty simple. The new system is great. No noises, squeaks or vibration. It’s quiet. It really needed the upgrade and I am glad I called Precision to take care of it.

Tim Vaughn (Tech) was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Right on time for the appointment and called before arriving. Very thorough with the inspection of the garage door (had a broken spring), gave a respectable estimate for repairs, had all parts on his truck and repair time was quick. Followed up with the repair and operation of the fixed door. Highly recommend Tim and Precision for all garage door repairs.

I used Precision in both my homes in Cape Coral. I was always pleased especially with the people who handle the outside calls. The ones who do the actual work of digging. I loved my installer. You were prompt in your answering of the phone... and the scheduling of service. Proud to recommend you. Stefan Harris is to be recognized for his work in the field. I hated that there was no picture of him on your site. You really shouldn't post associates in the field if you can't post them all or keep the site current... imo. Some of us want to recognize those who give us excellent service. And.... Stefan Harris did that. Please tell him I said so. Karen Cochran

Very courteous and professional. Responded quickly and were able to repair my garage door the same day. I used them once before and I was extremely pleased with their workmanship. Therefor I didn't hesitate to call them again. My door was damaged by a tornado. They came the next day and had my door fixed and running up and down again. So pleased with the results. I highly recommend Precision to everyone.

You are my "go to" when I have issues with my garage door. Your service folk are professional and courteous. It is a pleasure to use your company for my garage door needs. Today's visit was for preventive maintenance and Anthony Souza (AJ) did a great job in checking all of the components to ensure that the door was working to its full capacity. Thank you All very much!

Fantastic company to deal with. Friendly, willing to explain all the questions you have. Jeremy Rossi came out to find out what trouble we were having. After doing a complete inspection of our garage door we needed to replace a lot of things. In the end, we decided to replace the entire door. Jeremy was great and was willing to do anything that we wanted. We made an appointment for the following week. Carlos Morales installed our door and was very professional, couldn't be nicer. When he was finished he was sure to explain all that he had done and also how to care for it. wonderful company!!!!!

I called all over and couldn't get anyone to even answer the phone I worked with Precision a while back I remembered and gave them a call. they were very pleasant and I got an appointment within in a few hours on a Saturday. They sent out a great guy and his name was Arnold Simpson. This gentleman was on time, very Knowledgable, explained every detail and answered all my questions and then he went to work. He did everything except my garage door. He was quick and clean and went over everything he installed with me at the end. He was just the perfect great guy to have done that job that I needed so desperately. I really appreciate people like this, honest and sincere and liked doing what he has done for a long time. All I can say is Thanks to Precision Garage doors and to Arnold Simpson.

From the initial call through the entire repair, top notch customer service and workmanship. Same day service! Repair tech, Joshua, is the best. I recommend a raise for him. He explained the differences in the spring quality, was not pushy in upselling. Made it my decision and based on his knowledge and great customer service, I went with the top of the line replacement parts! Would recommend Precision and Joshua to anyone at any time. Great customer service!!!

Precision Overhead Garage Doors staff couldn’t have been more professional. Andrew and Mike, the installers of our double garage door were personable, professional, and very informative as to the upkeep of the mechanism and door itself. Hats off to the Precision team! Connor called before the service call and was prompt in assessing the issue with our garage door after he arrived. He was pleasant and corrected the problem in the time he estimated. I like using local businesses and was able to get an appointment the following day. Thanks, Precision!

The tech wouldn't even attempt to fix the door which was an easy repair because the door was too old. Even after I agreed to purchase a new door he would not offer any help to at least get the door closed so my family had to spend the night knowing anyone could acsess the house trough the garage at anyti. Also never sent me an estimate on a new door like he said he did.
