The response time was FAST! I tried to open my garage door one morning and - nope - it aged out! My technician John was here quickly and spent time and care ensuring all repairs/replacements of failing parts were installed and tested after. His explanation of everything was great! This is the second time I have used Precision (different issues - many years apart) - and I did not hesitate calling them for this new...concern. Highly recommend! Quick response time - straight talk - reasonable prices - more importantly - CUSTOMER ORIENTED! From the office team who took my call and scheduled, to the technician - I hope I don't "need" them again - but I have their phone number in my contacts!

Called late this morning to schedule a garage opener repair. I requested a later time and scheduled a 3-5pm window. No call, no show. I called to find out what happened and they couldn't find me in the system. She accused me of not calling. Nor a company I will ever trust or recommend.

We recently started our Sunday with our garage door not opening! We were worried we would have to wait until the next day to get someone to our house to repair it, but Precision Garage Doors made sure that didn’t happen! We called and Tyler dispatched a technician to arrive at our house within the next 1-5 hours. John arrived at our house in under 2 hours, and everything was fixed quick! Thank you again to the team!

We recently bought a home that was built in 2004. Our three car garage, one double and one single door were all original equipment. I called Precision and they had one if their very best field service engineers Phil (a Navy veteran) and he did a fantastic job upgrading our equipment. I couldn’t be happier. Excellent value for money. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door for my spring replacement. My springs were making a loud squeeking noise whenever the garage door was opening/closing. I contacted them in the morning, and they came out that same morning. Their technician, Nelson, arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. He explained the repair clearly, worked efficiently, and had my door running smoother and quieter than ever in no time and even worked with me on pricing. I’m very impressed with his expertise and the fast service—highly recommend asking for Nelson!
