It’s Sunday and one of my garage spring popped off and caused a loud band as my garage door closed. I immediately called Precision Garage Door and they came immediately on a Sunday after Christmas. Technician Manuel P. did an EXCELLENT JOB! I am very satisfied and will continue doing business with them for now on. Thank you Manager Nelson and Technician Manuel. I appreciate your service.

Precision Door Company is awesome! This is the second garage door opener they replaced for me and in both instances they provided same day service. They provide an incredible service by checking out the problem, providing a quote before replacing the equipment and also performed required maintenance and lubrication on the door as well. Nelson was the tech and he was very professional and did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company!

We've just moved to Tampa from Northeastern state and we learned Precision Garage from TV commercial. One of our double car garage door springs just broke, so we called them up and the Technician, Luke Rose, responded within 2 hours. He reviewed the broken part and recommended a list of parts for repair due to wear and tear. We made the decision to replace both springs, L+ R bearings, and the long shaft to hold the springs/garage load. Communication from begin to the end process was excellent. Luke replaced all necessary parts to get the garage door up and running within about 3 hours. I would highly recommend this company. All is well now.

I appreciate the response of Precision. Garage Door. However, to charge me nearly $200.00 to install a new garage door keypad was way overpriced. A new opener same name costs between $30.00 and $50,00. I think it took a total of 20 minutes to install. Way overpriced.

My 1st experience with Precision was in 2020, and I was taken back by their professionalism, and actually put the customers needs 1st. This company has the best staff, from office to technicians. Having trouble this week with my door not closing, they had a technician, Trevon, at my home after work same day, which in itself was amazing. Trevon was courteous, knowledgeable, but most importantly he listened to my concerns. I cant say enough about this company. I wouldn't trust anyone else, and highly recommend them

Somewhat pleased with Precession Door product and installation but disappointed with my auto not being matched to new opener and loss of new light bulb . Didn't realize bulbs are as important replacements until i read manual.
