One of our Overhead openers failed on Thursday 15 January. Our call to Precision was immediately answered and a technician dispatched the same day! Fabulous response! I called about the issue and a service tech (Jared) came in about 2 hours. Jared was courteous, friendly, and patient. He explained the issue and provided solutions. He patiently waited while I called the Home warranty company to see if they would cover the cost. He also explained the estimates to the Home warranty rep. Jared, then replaced the broken springs quickly and the garage door was fully functional again. Thanks for an excellent service.
