Excellent customer service but highly prices

One of our Overhead openers failed on Thursday 15 January. Our call to Precision was immediately answered and a technician dispatched the same day! Fabulous response! Our technician, Sean Wolf, was the most knowledgeable and professional young man. Sean patiently answered every question and installed a new opener in record time. We could not be more pleased. He patiently waited while I called the Home warranty company to see if they would cover the cost. He also explained the estimates to the Home warranty rep.
