They went above and beyond, taking the time to walk me through everything they were doing and explaining how the system works, what was needed, and what was not. There was no pressure or upselling, just honest expertise and care. They did the springs, rollers, and made sure the opener was perfectly balanced and running smoothly. What really stood out was how customer-focused they were. Stefan and Colton answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and clearly cared about doing the job right. They also worked with me to get the best possible deal, which I truly appreciated. The garage is now quieter, smoother, and better than it has ever been. Spring broke on my garage door. Cable came off wheel, so it was impossible to lift this heavy 2-car garage door. Could not get my vehicles out of the garage. My wife could not get to work. Called Precision first thing in the morning and they had an outstanding tech to my house in two hours. Another garage door repair company said they could get to me in the afternoon. I really appreciated Precision’s sense of urgency and responsiveness.

Two-car garage door spring broke and subsequently cable came off of wheel. Could not lift door. I could not get my vehicles out of the garage and my wife needed to get to work. Called Precision first thing in the morning and they had an outstanding tech to me in two hours. He was able to quickly open the door so my wife could leave for work and subsequently repaired my door — replaced the springs, cables, rod, etc. Did an excellent job in a timely manner. I really appreciated his efforts and professionalism. I was also very impressed with Precision’s sense of urgency and responsiveness.

The crew provided advance notice of arrival. Upon arrival they explained the problem and needed repair. Both gentlemen were extremely professional as well as courteous. Angel performed most of the repairs in a timely manner. He replaced the springs, rollers and cables. The door works as well if not better than the installation in 1996. Very Satisfied
