We had previous work done, and have had some issues, but today Jimmy Johnson came out and was extremely knowledgeable and explained what we needed to do to fix our door issue. He made suggestions and explained everything with very impressive knowledge! We ordered a new garage door and we have always chosen Precision, but Jimmy went the extra mile today! Same day service, courteous and professional employees. Tried unsuccessfully to create the intermittent problem with door not closing. Employee check everything out, tightened the spring, lubrigated rollers. Employee stated he would be happy to come back if the problem persists. I called Precision to fix a spring that had broken. In order to fix the spring I also had to get new cables and wheel and lube and new piece of wood that was $150. It was very expensive $678.50. I appreciate that they came out the same day I called them and it is fixed, but will get estimates from now on beforehand.

You are rediculosly exxpensive. The charge for house call is ok BUT charging me extra $40+ repropraming fee is leaves a bad taste. All yr tech did was press one yellow button and he used my step ladder.
