I never write reviews so this is rare lol. But I put in for a quote for some repairs and opener install. Quickly schedule the inspection. Came the next day, advised on how they can fix the misalignment and had the opener in the truck to install same day. Went very smoothly. I will certainly use them again!

This is the second time we have used Precision Garage Door Svc. This time we replaced the motor, rail and torsion cable. Our technician, Arnold S., was very professional, explained the new system, helped with adding and setting up the app on my phone and programmed the car without my needing to ask. He answered all of our questions and was very courteous and worked very efficiently. I would highly recommend Precision if you want a new updated opener, or have any problems, any time. I called yesterday, and the job was completed today. Thank you Arnold!

When our home was built Precision Garage Door installed our original garage door and opener. They have been servicing our equipment for the past 21 years. In that time they've only had to make 3 service calls. Today we had to replace the original opener. Their technician, Tim was well trained, courteous and professional. He even assisted me in connecting my car to the new opener. I was able to make my own appointment online and the same day service was wonderful. I highly recommend this company!

TL/DR: FAST AND GOOD! THIS IS WHERE YOU GO! LOOK NOWHERE ELSE! Full Review: Rob and Brad who were sent to my home were exactly as advertised! Let me explain: my garage door opener broke down at 4 pm, after a few attempts to fix it myself and the few times I fixed it myself before, I decided it was time to call a professional. In comes Precision Garage Door, first off NO AI, NO ANSWERING SERVICE, you get an actual person who fully understands you. Second when they mean same day service, they mean same service no matter what time as long as your okay with the time there going to show up! Finally the install and service was less than an hour, with no haggling on pricing, and actually they tried to find me every discount they could. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody period! Thank you so much for my Liftmaster 87504.

Top-notch experience all around. Garage door spring failed on a Sunday morning, so I went online & filled out a simple form, and had a technician at my house a few hours later (I repeat...on a Sunday!). Job was completed the following day because my door/springs are commercial grade/hurricane proof and required special treatment. But every technician I had at my house was super professional, kind and considerate, and took the time to listen & answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Really glad I chose Precision. Highly recommended!

I purchased my garage door from Precision in 2018. I recently noticed that it was not running smoothly or as quietly as before...very jerky and noisy. Precision was able to come out the same day I called. Josh was great to work with. He answered all my questions and reviewed the lubricating maintenance process and schedule. My instinct to call them was right because several very important mechanisms needed to be replaced. I live on Social Security and they were very helpful in working with me. I highly recommend them.
