Jason Daring was my Precision professional and I was very happy with the entire experience. He was on time, friendly and patient with my questions. He presented all options to me to assist me in staying within budget. He was also efficient but thorough. The new motor is amazing! It hardly makes any noise as it opens and closes. I love the battery feature; it allows usability for a couple days if there is a power outage. As the battery's shelf life is deteriorating, it will beep and show how much "life" is left on the garage opener. The battery is a quick fix and should last for 2-3 years depending on usage. I would recommend this company, but more specifically, Jason Daring, to fix my garage door! Thank you! :)

My experience today was exceptional. I've become somewhat numbed and too easily accepting of marginal or worse customer service. My faith that someone can get it right has been restored. From the onset I was advised of what to expect following my call. Things went exactly as promised. Our technician arrived on time and had all the parts needed to complete the repairs in one visit. Arnold, our technician, was courteous and very thorough in his explanation of what was needed. There was no jargon or talking over my head, and he paused to occasionally ensure that I understood. My incredibly noisy yet fairly new garage door was installed by Banko. Arnold upgraded the "builder's grade" hardware/springs The door is now almost silent in its operation. I paid a fair price to resolve a deficiency that, based on reviews, I was unwilling to entrust to the builder's sub. Overall, just a really fine customer service experience. I HIGHLY recommend Precision.

I have used Precision Overhead Garage Doors for over 14 years. Yesterday my garage doors would not open or close. The motor was working and the chain moved but the connection between the motor arm and the chain would not hold. I thought I looked at the sensors. I checked to ensure nothing was blocking them. Precision showed up saw that one of my sensors wasn't lining uop and problem solved. NO Charge. I will use these people in South Carolina where I am moving later this week. They are fantastic!!

Broke a garage door spring on a Saturday night, called Precision Sunday morning. We were scheduled between noon - 4p and got a call from Austin around 11:45 saying he would be there around 12:15. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He was right on the mark ! Did a great job and was a very pleasant young man. I will call Precision again if the need arises !

After taking my Garage Remote to have new batteries installed, the remote still would not open the Garage Door...I called this AM and got an Appointment for the PM same day...A young man came out and upon opening and removing the batteries he found that the seal was still on the batteries...Fixed the problem immediately...He also checked the door and fixed the large spring on top as it was curled a bit and sprayed the vital spots on the door...Young man was very courteous, very knowledgeable about the doors...I would recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone in need on a new

My neighbors had service performed by Precision Door and they were quite happy, that is why I called for service. Making an appt. was easy. The associate on the phone was very pleasant. There was a follow up email to my appt. The tech - Jose called prior to showing up which was great and he showed up on the time he said. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. However, my opener was to old to be fixed. He quoted me a very high price which is when I had informed him I saw openers on their website for $349.00, not the $565.00 he had quoted me. He looked on his website and said I was correct. He didn't know about this special offering. It wasn't a Liftmaster opener which I saw Precision handled. He told me this Linear unit is 1-year warranty on the entire unit - motor, parts and labor. Their Liftmasters were a lot more money. That is when I declined and informed him that Banko Garage Doors had the Liftmaster opener for $375.00 with a 4-year warranty on the motor and 1-year on all the other parts and labor. He said they can't match Banko's price and I should buy it from Banko. I thanked him for his time. That is why I gave Precision a 3-Star Rating. Their intent of customer service was very good, however they weren't competitive with their openers as a brand name.

My garage door wouldn't open and made a loud rattling noise. It also wouldn't close during sunset because the sunlight was interfering with the sensors. From seeing all the tv commercials about Precision, I decided to give them a call last night. I didn't expect for someone to actually answer my call in the late evening but they did and sounded so pleasant on the phone and scheduled my repair for today. Chad Donovan gave me a call just before he arrived, he quickly got me a quote with various options and we agreed on a full repair to the garage door and replacement of my garage door opener. At first I thought it might've been too expensive, but I later realized that it was a worthwhile investment and the guarantee of the work and the parts also made it worryfree. I inquired about financing and was able to apply for a great financing deal that also helped me get this fixed quickly and affordably. The finished job was night and day difference and the garage door opener was so quiet that I was amazed! Chad did an awesome job, and he was very professional, patient with my questions and all round great experience. I highly recommend precision to anyone requiring garage door services. Thanks for a job well done!
