He assessed the issue and determined the motor was no longer providing reliable current and needed to be replaced. After reviewing all the options, we chose to have both garage door openers replaced. I want to thank Precision and Austin for the excellent service I just received. This evening at 6pm on July 3rd, I pulled into the driveway and the garage door would not open. I went in thru the front door and when I looked in the garage, the spring had broken. I called Precision and I was told the tech would be there in 20 minutes. Austin arrived within in that time and replaced the springs in roughly 30 mins. Basically from when I called to when the job got completed, it was about 1 hr on a Friday night (and a holiday for most people). Thank you so much. Would highly recommend Precision!

Customer service was good. Called for approval when technician was available earlier than scheduled service window. Our technician Christian was friendly, polite and efficient. Trouble areas were identified and shown to me. After a bit of sticker shock, Christian completed the work in less time than expected. When done, finished product was reviewed for approval before payment was requested. If needed, I will use Precision again.
