John ( A ) Pappas was professional and very efficient. He offered 3 levels of repair and we went with the maximum. john showed me how to use the aerosol spray lubricate on the track, wheels and hinges and said twice a year will be sufficient. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me.

I want to thank Precision and Austin for the excellent service I just received. This evening at 6pm on July 3rd, I pulled into the driveway and the garage door would not open. I went in thru the front door and when I looked in the garage, the spring had broken. I called Precision and I was told the tech would be there in 20 minutes. Austin arrived within in that time and replaced the springs in roughly 30 mins. Basically from when I called to when the job got completed, it was about 1 hr on a Friday night (and a holiday for most people). Thank you so much. Would highly recommend Precision!

Customer service was good. Called for approval when technician was available earlier than scheduled service window. Our technician Christian was friendly, polite and efficient. Trouble areas were identified and shown to me. After a bit of sticker shock, Christian completed the work in less time than expected. When done, finished product was reviewed for approval before payment was requested. If needed, I will use Precision again.

Hello! I am more than thrilled with the repairs that Matthew H. just completed on my garage door. I had called around and the other garage door repair companies told me that I would have to replace my entire door. When Matt arrived he told me that it wasn't to bad and that he could make the necessary repairs for 1/3 the cost of a new door! Matthew was very professional and quickly repaired my door. We are very happy with the service we received. The response to our call for assistance was prompt and all of the options available to solve our problem were reviewed. We had a new garage door installed with a new opener and keypad. The work was completed quickly and cleanup was handled just as efficiently. It is obvious the installer knew what he was doing. Afterwards he spent some time programming the openers for our autos and reviewed the maintenance required to keep everything working. We are completely satisfied! Thank you.

The 24/7 was terrific because my repair was on Sunday 6/14/2020 and was a total replacement of the drive motor, chain drive and springs. My serviceman was John Tsangarinos and he did a VERY GOOD job of replacing the above parts. The operation of the garage door is very smooth AND quiet. I couldn't have been more satisfied and I thank John and highly recommend Precision.

I've only been on my new home barely three weeks, and my garage door slammed down after i enter it. I notice 4 screws had dislodged causing this problem, So I go straight to google and located Precision. They sent Mike out, very nice man, and he a thorough inspection found my issues and a few others that were unbeknownst to me that will need attention later on.
