It was great that a technician was able to come the next day(a Sunday) after my door broke the night before. My technician Mike was great. Very informative, efficient and friendly. All his answers were easily understood.

A Precision employee came out to fix my garage door. By the end of looking into everything, they told me I needed a new motor, there's no way it can be fixed, and the price point starts at $599. I decided to wait, and look into it more. Found another company that would charge $350 for a new motor/installation/warranty, and had them come out. They loosened a bolt that was jammed, reset the system, garage door immediately started working and I was charged $65 for everything. The nice gentleman said we don't need a new motor, it's a simple fix. Either Precision rips people off, or they need to train their employees better.

We had a big surprise when we came home yesterday evening around 5:30 PM, Our garage door would not open. I determined that one of the springs was broken. We quickly looked up a possible company that could fix it right away. I remembered all the Adds that said you could send someone out ASAP. We looked up Precision and found a company in New Port Richey. They sent a technician out right away. Brian Harman came out, assessed the problem and recommended several choices to pick from. Once that was decided, Brian went to work. He worked efficiently and quickly. He was friendly and courteous. The job was done and he thanked us. Well we surely thanked him and your company for doing such and excellent job. I highly recommend that Brian be congratulated for his fine service. He is a big asset to your company. Chris showed up and to make a long story short, he said my door was in good shape and did not need any servicing so there was no charge. How often does that happen! The guys who removed my 40 yr old garage door and installed a new Amarr insulated door did a great job and quicker than expected. When I purchased a new opener several months later due to an early Black Friday sale at one of the big box stores, I realized that the spring bearing bracket was in the way and that I did not have enough clearance to install the opener track due to my low garage ceiling. Seth came out and moved the spring and bracket out of the way and installed quick turn brackets that increased my clearance to 3 1/2", more than enough to install the opener/track. All with no additional charges! Great experience, company and employees.

Our installer Chris, was very fast in recognizing the issue(s) and recommending how to fix or improve our opener. Gave us four prices depending on level of service with explaination of each. We went for the highest price repair which he was able to accomplish within two hours of arrival. We were a bit surprised at the cost, but his work and the results are very satisfying. Thank you.

Our garage was off balance and we called Precision. When they came they found out that they didn't place the springs correctly the last time they had repaired our garage door. So they took care of it this time and didn't charge us anything for it. Not even the service charge. True professional folks who know how to correct your garage door situation, if its their fault or yours. Highly recommend them.
