Congratulations on hiring someone like James who cares about the detail and his work. From the time he came out he was very personable and explained everything in great detail so I would know what was going on and it’s just a little under an hour the springs are in and the door was moving better than it ever did! Thanks again James for coming out so quickly

Yesterday, Bryson arrived to repair our garage door which would not open. I was impressed by how professional & friendly he was. He immediately had his mask on which was very important to us, and he went out of his way to be polite & giving me updates as he was doing the job. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Unfortunately the opener's erratic behavior did not re-occur while the technician was here and after thoroughly checking the system he could not identify the problem. He was kind enough to check out my sister's opener (next door) also and determined that it should be replaced. We were very impressed with Wayne (?) and will definitely use your service for all our future garage door related needs.

Your technician, Jesse Burns, just completed a repair for us. We are extremely pleased with the professional work he did. Jesse Burns is very knowledgeable, polite, and did an excellent job. If we ever need another repair, we'll call you and request Jesse. Also, we will recommend your company to our neighbors. Thank you for great service! Again, Jesse Burns did an excellent job!!

Mickey was our trusted advisor who fixed the problem with our garage door. He also noted some other issues. He quoted us a price on everything that needed to be done and gave us different options and prices. We felt no pressure as he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He practiced social distancing and wore his mask at all times. Awesome job. We have used them before and greatly satisfied with their work and prices so we did not even call to get any other quotes. Thanks Mickey for the great job

Terrific experience to fix an annoying problem. I called with my garage door issue and a technician was out the very next day. The gentleman arrived on time, was respectful of the craziness in our household and saved me a ton by repairing not replacing. I would call Precision any time I had a problem.

After calling another company and getting an answering machine, I called Percison. Within a few hours Keith Allen was in my garage fixing my door. Keith was very professional and talked me thru my options. I couldn't be any happier that I called Percision and will never call anyone else when it comes to my garage door. EXCELLENT service. Thank you.

First thing I want to say is that my technician, Joshua Figueroa definitely gets 5 stars from me. He was very knowledgeable, upfront with me and answered all of my questions. The cost is what through me off a bit. Got new springs put in, a center bracket and 2 brackets for the sides. Total cost was 865. When looking at the invoice, $80 for a ball bearing, $180 for a left and right bearing plate and 135 for a reinforcement bracket seems extremely marked up to me. Great work but I'll definitely be looking for a cheaper option the next go around.

Have used Precision in the past for repairs on previous garage door. Always came on time and reasonably priced. So we called when we knew we needed a new door. Again, reasonably priced. Chad came to talk about the need for a new door. He was friendly, informative and professional. That was on Friday and then only 3 days later, Monday, Jerry and Sherman came for the install. They were so efficient for the install. They arrived early this morning and got it done! Nice guys too and informative, neat and professional. Can't say enough about them. They also explained the maintenance to maintain the door and the inspection that will take place. Thanks again! Sue and Walt, New Port Richey.

The service rep Travis Dobson was professional and explained clearly what caused our problem plus different solutions. Once we choose the best option for us Travis quickly got the job done and the door worked clean and smoothed and the fit and finished of the parts installed was A1. Travis has earned us as a permanent customer.

Austin responded in a very timely fashion when my wife crashed into the garage door, there was no way it would close after she was finished. He was very personable and worked quite efficiently. I was so impressed I ordered an additional garage door opener install for my third bay door as well as replacing old parts of an existing unit. I can not recommend Precision enough, great experience.

Contacted Precision on New Years Day after finding garage door not opening. They were able to give me an appointment TODAY, at 2-6 PM. 10 Minutes later, I received a call from them saying they had an opening at 12-2 PM. 20 Minutes later, got call from technician Matt Hink saying he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Matt arrive with his Mask on and after assessing the problem, provided me a quote with options. An hour later he was done and also lubed the rollers and hinges. He was very polite and professional. I'm very happy I called them.
