Service was prompt and although John had to call for help, all was resolved in the end. The lights weren't working and he had to replace the main circuit board and then reprogram everything. The fuel charge is a bit off-putting but I guess everybody wants to make the money. Good job. I would recommend the company.

My have a rental property with a great family whom we'd like to ensure they stay for a long time. I received a call from the tenet that the garage door would not open with the remote. Upon checking the battery and doing whatever I could, I called Precision and they sent someone out with in two hours on a Saturday. The technician, Jeffrey, was able to troubleshoot the problem, malfunctioning opener, and replace it with in and hour. Additionally, he programmed all the remotes and the tenets car. Very professional.

The technician showed up the same day, right on time. Got to work immediately, and was finished in about an hour. Respectful, and honest. My only complaint is the price was more than double the ballpark figure I was quoted over the phone.

You are always available and arrive on a timely manner in the moment we need your help the most. Craig Earle our technician today gave us a clear explanation of the items failing in our door and proposed a few options to fix the problem with pricing for us to make a decision. Once we selected the option that worked the best for our budget and safety he went ahead and repaired our door, installed a new motor, replaced the springs and all of it with a great attitude bearing our summer heat. That is great costumer service and caring for your clients. I recommend your company to all my clients as a Real Estate agent and Designer.

We needed to have a very old system fixed. Interestingly our system was older then the technician who came to fix it. Our technitian was Tim Vaughn. He was outstanding. He was super knowledgable, through and fast. Tim also was very kind and patient. That is such an added bonus. It is so refreshing to deal with a competent, professional and nice human being.

Precision was fast . My door spring broke on. Sunday morning i called at 8am by 930 the guy was here by 1030 he was done . Fair price no extra charge for a weekend either .
