Made adjustments necessary. This garage door fits better and is quieter than the day it was installed. The door is only 3 years old. Our garage door opener is 20 years old. We wanted a tune up and check to see if we needed an upgrade. Austin Orton, our technician was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He didn't try to pressure a sale just was very honest on what could happen and what was becoming worn out. He had all the components on his truck to replace the opener, gears, track, wheels and key pad. I was very impressed with his skill and customer service. Tech was Great, only issue that we found your pricing to be extremely high, I have 2nd home in upstate NY and had the same thing done, 2 Springs, bearings replaced by " Overhead Garage Company" and was charged $635.00 you charge $1200

Absolutely the best customer service! My garage door broke on Saturday and I called Monday to schedule a repair. Was able to have someone out the same day. Mike went over the issues with me and based on the age of the door and opener I decided to replaced them verses being repaired since they were over 20 years old. They were able to install the new door today and I am so happy. Tyler did a great job. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing either repairs or replacement. Everyone I have had contact with has been friendly, kind and compassionate. Thank you all for a job well done.

Precision had fixed my garage door's broken springs in 2020, and I was so pleased with their work then that, when the chain that lifts the door was making awful noises, I called Precision again. Travis and another tech came out, diagnosed what the problem was, and immediately fixed it in no time! Travis is an outstanding representative and an accomplished technician for his company, and I was delighted with his service! Thank you Precision for a job well done!!!

Garage door broke and was told appointment would be between 12-4 PM. I asked if any earlier to give me a call. I received a call around 10:45 AM and that Chris would be on his way. Chris called and showed up in about 10 minutes later. My top panel bent along with the aluminum bar, a hinge cracked and the bar that is screwed into the door from the opener wripped off. Chris Replaced the parts needed saved my top panel and was a real professional while doing all this. I used Precision in the past and I will always use them. They show up on the same day you call and get quality work and a warranty!

Called Percision and they sent out a technician to access the situation that day. I feared the worse - needed a new garage door opener, new spring and belt drive. It did come with new door cameras, keyless entry and 2 remotes. It cost $1400. More than I expected.Wayne was our technician And was very professional, courteous and did an amazing job. The repairman showed up on time. It took him about 2 hours to repair the 2 garage doors. I was given an estimate of the total cost to do the job and I thought it was terrible high. But I agreed to pay it as I needed for the doors to be repaired. After closely reviewing the printed receipt, I realized why it was so high. There were items that were unexplainable. I called the office to talk to the owner but he was not available. I will see what he says and make a separate report. As of now I do not recommend their services.

I was very happy with the service and professionalism of Orion. The only complaint I have is paying $43.00 apiece for 10 rollers. That comes to $430.00. Is labor included in that price? That is a lot of money for 10 little wheels!

We called because we thought the belt was loose. He tightened the spring which appears to have fixed the problem. The only issue I have is the price. I think $200 to tighten a spring is exorbitant.
