One late Saturday afternoon my garage door stopped working and I was leaving Sunday for a convention. I called Precision and they were able to send someone out later that afternoon! I called yesterday afternoon as my garage door would not open. The young lady I spoke to was delightful and very helpful. She made an appointment for me for this morning as I said it wasn’t an emergency last night. Matt, your service technician came a little after nine this morning. He did call and say he would be early if that was OK???? He was also a very nice, kind young man who seemed incredibly knowledgeable as well. He replaced the motor unit and the garage door runs like new! Thank you for having such lovely employees. I would definitely recommend your company.

We are very pleased with every aspect of Precision Overhead Garage Door. The first contact is so nice and friendly and quick to schedule an appointment. Wayne Madore, the service technician, was so nice, informative, immediately diagnosed the problem and then corrected and repaired the issue. He also explained a little about the door interns of it's hurricane strength. So once again, we are very pleased to use Precision Overhead Large door as our garage door company.

We have been customers of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for some time. In fact, they installed the doors in our home almost 20 yrs ago. Today, Chris Poland responded to our need to replace the door openers and tracks, springs, etc. What a fine company representative. He was responsive, competent, and courteous while explaining everything he was doing and why the work should be done. We decided what was done. Doesn't get any better than this.... excellent quality work at a fair price. Chris made our day after getting ourselves off to a bad start. Well done Chris with many thanks.
