John was very helpful and informed about my opener. He understood my inability to replace my opener at this time and was not pushy or overbearing when I said I have to wait. Good customer service skills and I will definitely call when ready to replace my opener

Nice technician, no pressure sales. Did the job quickly, although I think they left behind some oily residue on the bottom of the garage door that faces the street... He cleaned up and moved stuff around on the inside very nicely though!

Our garage door opener died after 17 years so I call Precision. The tech came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He gave us several options including patching it up to complete replacements . Decided to replace with a new Genie system with belt drive because they are so much quieter than the old chain drive we had. All work completed the same day and he had everything on the truck including rollers and a new spring. Very satisfied with the quality and the tech.

Technician was ahead of time on the appointment which was excellent. He got my garage door up and running and did an annual maintenance. He explained everything he was going to do and gave me prices for replacing something in the future so I would know how to budget for it. Thanks Precision Overhead Garage Door

Excellent customer service from the moment we called to schedule an appointment and spoke with the lady on the phone to the work Luke the technician did for us. He educated us throughout the process, showing us pictures of the garage door that was causing the problems and was indeed of repair. He Provided us With options to to think about . We went with his expertise and are greatly satisfied with the work he did. We are completely satisfied with the organization their services, & how they treat their customers and would not hesitate recommending them to others as well as use them again if ever needed. They set the bar for excellence in customer service.

From the time I scheduled the appointment to the time the technician came over, the service was excellent. I had my garage door motor and springs replaced. Price was fair and the service was also excellent. Before leaving, the technician made sure the unit was operating and all questions were answered.

I called because we had used this company several years ago for a garage door alignment. I first spoke with Anthony who politely and efficiently assessed my situation, explained my options, and set up an evening appointment with a tech for the same day. Within an hour Alanna called and and said they had an earlier appointment time if I wanted it. I agreed. About 10 minutes before the appointment time the technician, Chad, arrived. He assessed the unit and as expected advised a new one would be the way to go. (The current unit was approximately 11years old) He advised me of my options and then proceeded to efficiently and neatly remove the old unit and replace it. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. When the job was completed, he cleaned up all the debris and he went over the unit operation so I was familiar with it. All three of the employees I had contact with were great. I am very happy with the work Chad did and I do highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this service.

When the spring on my garage door broke, and I could not open my garage door, I needed someone to come out and fix it. This company advertises that they will come out the same day and they do. My technician Chris was friendly, professional, knew his stuff backwards and forwards. He showed me where things needed to be fixed and why they were a problem. We talked about what needed to be addressed now and what could wait. He fixed it and I am a very satisfied customer.

Our garage door locked up at about 4:45 PM. We had a new opener (old one was 20 years old) and a full functional door before 9:00. Chad, the technician, was friendly, courteous and efficient. Precision couldn't have a better person to represent the company!! I totally recommend Precision for any garage door repair needed. They are by far the best I have ever used from initial contact to completed job!

I have used Precision a few times. I heard your commercial on Joy FM, and heard good reviews from my neighbors. Your technician's are always friendly, courteous, honest, and well trained. My service person John arrived on time, explained my options, and did the install in a timely manner. I am very pleased with your service.

Very satisfied with the turnaround time for the service call. Chris the tech did a very good job installing the new keypad, was very friendly and did take time to check the garage door, and did lube some parts for us. My only gripe is I feel the price of the part was way overpriced and for installation of a key pad the bill was much higher then anticipated.
