This time we neerded a new garage door key pad for outside, Luis came out today 9/29/2023 to put on a new key pad to the garage and set the system. As I have an ill husband it was imperative I have the door operational you arrived quickly and at the time promised. I am an older woman and Keith was respectful which is unusual for contractors in my experience. I would like to rehire for further work on my door but I will do more research for a more competitive price when I'm not under pressure. I thought for the time required and supplies $434.00 was excessive.

Precision garage doors did a great job from start to finish. I got an appointment right away the next morning. The technician was here early and was very personable. Wayne is a definite asset to your company. He saw what was wrong. He showed my husband the failed parts and explained plainly why they failed and why they needed to be replaced. He fixed the door in a timely manner. The only negative was I didn’t expect the cost, but it needed to be done. I would call precision again. And request Wayne.

The tech was amazing and very professional. I was quite surprised at the cost, especially the transmitter. I was charged $532.00 for transmitter installation, and $394.00 for the transmitter. The exact same transmitter is $64.00 on Amazon. Please call me to discuss. This is quite a markup.

Precision was there for me when I needed them. My 20 year old garage door opener was working intermittently. I called them on Friday morning and there serviceman (John Duff) was at our house that evening. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and offered a couple of alternative solutions.
