I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors! I was having issues with my garage door opener keypad. Making an appointment was easy and the young lady on the phone was very professional. The technician, Aaron, kept me informed as to his arrival time, and, when he arrived, he was very professional and pleasant. He quickly addressed the issue. Aaron also did a quick inspection of the garage door and lubricated all the hinges. He asked if I had any questions or other concerns. When he left, he thanked me for being a customer!

Installed a new garage door opener. Great experience. Tech was on time, professional, & very thorough. Chain had to be adjusted a month later but they came right out & took care of it. The service level from the people that answer the phone to the technician that does the work is nothing short of outstanding. It was obvious they pride themselves in providing excellent customer service. Great job, and thank you.

Was referred to you by a friend that had great service. Technician Sean arrived on time, was friendly and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and also advised me of the parts that needed to be replaced and the costs. After starting to take things apart, he found larger issues and more parts that needed to be replaced. He contacted me and advised of the issues and costs of those parts. In and out in less than two hours. Amazing! Very happy customer who will be contacting you later this year to purchase a new door that is end of life. I will be referring Precision Garage Door to all family and friends.’ Thank you!!

The teams from precision have been taken care of my garage door for 12 years. But after being struck three times it was time for a new one and I got good advice on a hurricane resistive door. 2 days later the door was installed by Corbin and Chase. They were quick efficient clean detailed very very polite. And now I'm set for another 20 years. Thanks a lot to your company and your teams You've done well.

As always, great service from Precision! My technician Chris did an outstanding job. It's never a happy time when you hear your garage door opener is at it's end, but Chris explained my options and I got just what I needed in a new opener at a fair price. Chris installed everything quickly, and even helped program the buttons in both cars to the new opener!
