I have used Precision Garage Doors in the past for minor repairs, this time my old opener gave up the ghost. I called the office and a Service Technician was at my house by 8:00am the next morning! Josh could not be any better! He diagnosed the issue, prepared a quote and started working immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. The job was completed in just a couple of hours. My garage door runs smoothly and is very quiet. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for ANY issues you may encounter. I am beyond pleased with the quality and service I received today. Honest review from satisfied customer, Gayle M. Florida resident

I chose Precision, again, because I was able to get someone out to assess my problem (garage door opener broke) same day...within a few hours of calling, actually. Nelson was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, transparent about parts, quality, and cost...and competent in installing what I needed. I'm satisfied with the service I was provided and highly recommend. Many thanks!!

I used Precision several years ago at an earlier residence and they were great. I used them recently and they still delivered excellent service. We are repeat customers because our experience with Precision has been excellent. On of our torsion springs broke the other day and we could not get in or out of the garage. Precision came out immediately. Our technician was amazing. He gave us very good advise on the type of torsion spring we should get and then in an hour had the new ones installed along with related parts. We highly recommend Precision and will use them again in the future.

This is the second time I’ve had to use Precision in the last several years for an old garage door and opener. Just like before, they were fantastic. Response time was within a few hours of calling late in the day, and within a few minutes of arriving the problem was diagnosed and a quote was given. Precision’s extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable technician had replaced the parts and had the garage working quieter than before. I highly recommend Precision and will use them for any future issues for sure!

Had a problem this morning with our garage door and called early afternoon to have it looked at. A technician was at our home in an hour or so. Was able to fix it but we knew it was old and probably should discuss it. Wow, no sales pitch, just great answers and we felt so comfortable making a decision to get it done. We are so pleased with how quiet it is, an explanation so easy to understand. Set up new keypad, did our car remote, greased the tracks. There was nothing else he could explain as he did it so well the first time. He was a fine and caring young man. We would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service, repair or purchasing.

Your company has restored my faith in vendors. I called, you were right on the spot and Sean was both personable and professional. There was no hard upselling and Sean told me specific things to look for in the future to ensure my garage door remains in top working order. I am more than pleased. Thank you!

I initially purchased a new door & opener because of your advertisement on the tv. When I called, someone came out the same day to diagnose the concern. Since my purchases, whenever I had a problem, your technician was right there. They are always courteous, friendly & they take the time to correct & inform my of what they did & why. I would definitely recommend your company. This last visit, the concern was with my opener light coming on when there was no one in the garage. Since this occurred more than once, it was replaced. That made me very happy.

The technician arrived at the time quoted, called when he was 20 minutes out. He listened to my concerns and suggested ideas and projected costs. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame and it was tested to ensure I was satisfied and suggested that I spray some lubricant every 5-6 months and left me a can of the correct lubricant and where to apply.
