Alex arrived on time. He was friendly, gracious and very knowledgeable. He tried to fix the existing unit but after 20 years it was finicky at best. He gave me a quote on replacement, did the change-out and then explained everything I needed to know. He gave me maintenance information so I can keep it operating perfectly. This is 2nd time I've used them. I'm a confirmed fan of this company and their staff.

The technicians were efficient and very polite. They explained what they were going to do and went over the work order thoroughly with me before beginning. When they were done, they once again explained that very thing they did and how to keep the door working well.

Precision garage door has been our trusted source for all things related to our garage door. We are never disappointed. Today we had an outdoor keypad installed. Luke was polite, friendly, on time. Knowledgeable about the product and installation. Upon completion he inspected all the working parts and gave some very helpful instructions on lubrication. So very appreciated due to the harsh Florida operating environment. Truly a full service company despite the circumstances in which you call them. Whatever the reason you can trust them count on them and know they’ll get the job done quickly and affordably. Thank you Luke and all the staff at precision garage door.

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Chris to service our garage door. Unfortunately, we had a very traumatic morning (personal situation) and he was very sensitive to that. He was very thorough in his job however, he was also very kind and caring; he really treated me as family. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond your job by comforting a family with a devastating loss… as well as fixing our door!

Have used several times over the years and would highly recommend them to anyone. The technician was professional, honest and very knowledgeable. He showed me what needed to be changed and then gave me other items that were recommended to be changed. He showed what was wrong with each item and why he recommended. Will continue to use Precision Door for many more years to come.

Precision has always treated me fairly. The new motor and drive that replaced my 19 year old system are EXTREMELY Quiet! If I didn't see it moving I would not know it was working. I had used Precision a couple years ago to fix an annoying cracking noise when opening. They found that the main rod was bent and the spring had weakened over time. They installed new rod and spring which resolved the noise. Fast forward and my motor ground to a halt with the door a foot off the ground. I had to pull to release the door. Precision came as scheduled, !did the repair, and now we are back in business and quieter than ever before. Thank you - Precision is my go-to service.
