When our garage door opener finally broke down on a Saturday morning (I work nights, so I couldn't get in after working all night!), I was able to call for an appointment, and the technician (Zackery Harrison) arrived within two hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable. The work was done quickly, with no issues at all. On a side note, I have never heard a garage door opener so quiet! We could not be happier with their service, and would absolutely call them again, for any issues we may have in the future. If you're looking for a garage door/opener company, look no further than Precision!

I would definitely recommend Precision! I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule and the technician Bryan was awesome. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a couple of options. He did not pressure me to go with the most expensive repair. After he was done with the repair he went over everything he did and explained the warranty. I am happy I went with Precision and would request Bryan in the future!

I had a Genie 3120 garage door opener installed and bearings replaced on the door. Bryan the technician did an outstanding job. Once installed he explained the system and programmed both cars. The belt drive replaced the old chain drive opener and what a difference - it is now hard to hear when the door is opening or closing. It is also nice to have the wi-fi app on my iPhone. I am really pleased with the opener and service.

First thing I want to say is that my technician, Joshua Figueroa definitely gets 5 stars from me. He was very knowledgeable, upfront with me and answered all of my questions. The cost is what through me off a bit. Got new springs put in, a center bracket and 2 brackets for the sides. Total cost was 865. When looking at the invoice, $80 for a ball bearing, $180 for a left and right bearing plate and 135 for a reinforcement bracket seems extremely marked up to me. Great work but I'll definitely be looking for a cheaper option the next go around.

Have used Precision in the past for repairs on previous garage door. Always came on time and reasonably priced. So we called when we knew we needed a new door. Again, reasonably priced. Chad came to talk about the need for a new door. He was friendly, informative and professional. That was on Friday and then only 3 days later, Monday, Jerry and Sherman came for the install. They were so efficient for the install. They arrived early this morning and got it done! Nice guys too and informative, neat and professional. Can't say enough about them. Austin responded in a very timely fashion when my wife crashed into the garage door, there was no way it would close after she was finished. He was very personable and worked quite efficiently. I was so impressed I ordered an additional garage door opener install for my third bay door as well as replacing old parts of an existing unit.
