Had a problem this morning with our garage door and called early afternoon to have it looked at. A technician was at our home in an hour or so. Was able to fix it but we knew it was old and probably should discuss it. Wow, no sales pitch, just great answers and we felt so comfortable making a decision to get it done. We are so pleased with how quiet it is, an explanation so easy to understand. Set up new keypad, did our car remote, greased the tracks. There was nothing else he could explain as he did it so well the first time. He was a fine and caring young man. We would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service, repair or purchasing.

I initially purchased a new door & opener because of your advertisement on the tv. When I called, someone came out the same day to diagnose the concern. Since my purchases, whenever I had a problem, your technician was right there. They are always courteous, friendly & they take the time to correct & inform my of what they did & why. I would definitely recommend your company. This last visit, the concern was with my opener light coming on when there was no one in the garage. Since this occurred more than once, it was replaced. The technician arrived at the time quoted, called when he was 20 minutes out. He listened to my concerns and suggested ideas and projected costs. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame and it was tested to ensure I was satisfied and suggested that I spray some lubricant every 5-6 months and left me a can of the correct lubricant and where to apply. Alex arrived on time. He was friendly, gracious and very knowledgeable. He tried to fix the existing unit but after 20 years it was finicky at best. He gave me a quote on replacement, did the change-out and then explained everything I needed to know. He gave me maintenance information so I can keep it operating perfectly. This is 2nd time I've used them. I'm a confirmed fan of this company and their staff.

Precision has always treated me fairly. The new motor and drive that replaced my 19 year old system are EXTREMELY Quiet! If I didn't see it moving I would not know it was working. I had used Precision a couple years ago to fix an annoying cracking noise when opening. They found that the main rod was bent and the spring had weakened over time. They installed new rod and spring which resolved the noise. Fast forward and my motor ground to a halt with the door a foot off the ground. I had to pull to release the door. Precision came as scheduled, !did the repair, and now we are back in business and quieter than ever before. Thank you - Precision is my go-to service.
