On March 20, 2019, Josh and Austin arrived at my home at the appointed time to repair my garage door. I was extremely impressed with these young men in the way that they conducted themselves. They were friendly, very knowledgeable and worked for hours repairing my garage door. I was very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to others in need of their services. I was very satisfied with the Precision team! Melanie was very thorough on her estimate and demonstration. She took time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options on what would fit my needs. Another company gave an estimate for $200 cheaper but my Melanie's knowledge and professionalism led to my decision to choose Precision. Luke came out and removed the old door, replaced trim and framing, and installed a new door in a timely manner. Even though this job presented certain difficulties, Luke made this install look EASY and when completed it looked like he was never there! Had new door installed. Was done quickly and professionally by the crew. The door had a minor kink in one of the panels. They immediately ordered and installed a replacement panel. A couple of weeks prior to deciding on a new door, we had bad springs replaced. Because we subsequently bought the new door, the amount we paid for the spring repair was deducted from or door bill. I found that my garage door spring broke on late on July 3 and wasn't sure if I was going to get someone out to fix it because the next day was the 4th of July. I called a few vendors but they their schedule didn't allow me to get service till July 5th and I didn't care for the customer service response. I then remembered having Precision Garage Doors replace my rollers a few years ago. They were able to schedule me for service on July 4th. I was very impressed with the customer service rep and technical rep (Joshua Figueroa) that repaired my broken springs. I also had him replace the worn bearings and drive shaft because the original installers tightened the bolts to tightly on the springs and damaged the drive shaft.
