We are repeat customers because our experience with Precision has been excellent. On of our torsion springs broke the other day and we could not get in or out of the garage. Precision came out immediately. Our technician was amazing. He gave us very good advise on the type of torsion spring we should get and then in an hour had the new ones installed along with related parts. This is the second time I’ve had to use Precision in the last several years for an old garage door and opener. Just like before, they were fantastic. Had a problem this morning with our garage door and called early afternoon to have it looked at. A technician was at our home in an hour or so. Was able to fix it but we knew it was old and probably should discuss it. Wow, no sales pitch, just great answers and we felt so comfortable making a decision to get it done. We are so pleased with how quiet it is, an explanation so easy to understand. Set up new keypad, did our car remote, greased the tracks. There was nothing else he could explain as he did it so well the first time. He was a fine and caring young man. We would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service, repair or purchasing.

I initially purchased a new door & opener because of your advertisement on the tv. When I called, someone came out the same day to diagnose the concern.
