Mike did an excellent job to please us since we had to replace a Genie Door Opener that was only 3 years old. It was a screw drive and Genie "screwed" us by having it fail within 3 years. We originally had a Craftsman Door opener that lasted for over 20 years! Genie should refund us for the 2022 Door opener that failed within three years!

A service technician arrived here in less than 3 hours after I called about a non emergency problem with my garage door opener. George was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and looked at the problem in all possible ways to repair the opener. My interests were his top priority as he gave me every option available. We agreed on the best choice for me and he quickly did the job above and beyond my expectations. This is the 2nd time I've used Precision and it was the same as the first. Thank you, thank you Jesus! for coming out and helping us with our garage door. Yes, that's the technician's name Jesus. About 8 months ago I purchased a garage door opener from a box store and they recommended another garage door company to install it. Jesus showed up with a smile and ready to help. He replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door. Took the time to clean the track install it without being in a rush (unlike the last company) and did the job professionally. He pointed out somethings that should be taken care of in the near future (unlike the last company) but without pressure of having to do it today. Which I appreciated his honesty. I told him I would definitely call him back when Im ready. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Land O'Lakes for all your garage needs.

The spring on my garage door broke late on a Friday. I called Precision and they were able to schedule the repair for the very next morning (Saturday). The tech, Isak Zenkic was on time, polite and extremely knowledgeable. After looking at the garage door, he came up with a quote for the replacement parts & labor with additional items that were optional. He explained everything to me. There was no pressure at all to upsell. It took approximately an hour from start to finish. He lubricated the door, as well as the other garage door (which didn’t need servicing). He showed me how to lubricate it & made the recommendation that I do this every 6 months to prolong the life of the parts. I highly recommend Precision (Land O Lakes) and their very professional tech, Isak.
