The spring on my garage door broke today, so I called Precision Garage Door Service. They gave me a time window and said the technician will call when on his way. The technician Colton showed up and looked at my damage door. He was very professional, knowledgeable and promised that he could fix it today. I received a 5 year warranty thank you Colton for being so kind and doing exactly what you said you would do. If I could I would give him 20 star review. I was very impressed by this young man.

Precision door care is by far the best around. I had a brand new door put in today. I've done business with you all before and was happy with the service then. And today I am beyond happy to still be doing business with you all. (15 yesrs later) The 2 technicians came at 7:30 a.m very respectful, they explained all the do and don't with new door. And to know that I've got such a great warranty from you all. Now I have piece of mind knowing the door is safe and works 100%. My garage door is my front door. It's the most used door in my home. My son keeps his work trailer and I park my jeep every night. Thank you precision door care for having such wonderful employees that listen to the customer and are very knowledgeable in what they do. I will always continue business with you all.. thank you. Thank you..

Way overpriced. Told over the phone it would be $100 to $300 to replace a spring depending on the size of the door. (1 spring). When he showed up he said he needed to inspect the door to see what was needed. ( the spring was broken) He said a good spring, that lasts for 15 to 20 years was $500. A regular spring that lasts for 10 years was $306 dollars. Asked how long the warranty was for the good spring, he said 5 years!!! Then he estimated to keep the door working it would cost $1800!!! Because it was old and all theses things would break soon!! I'm old, not stupid. I told him $306 to replace a spring was too much and I'll get more estimates. He immediately revised his estimate to $240. I had him fix it because I needed my door. Never ever will I call this company again. Their prices are veiled attempts at separating their customers from their money....shameful.

I was one of the lucky ones, where my spring broke while the door was down, but I needed it fixed. For same day service and the technician was very professional, upfront, and was able to make sure I would end up with a door that will last for awhile. Precision is the way to go. As far as the cost well honestly I can't say if it is too high, not like I know anything about the parts cost.

Well, the garage door was a mess. Rough, noisy, and unreliable. Needed new rollers and a new opener. Whole thing done in 4 hours. Fair price. Tech was really cool. One of the better home services/repair experiences we've had since moving to FL in 2018. Definitely recommend using this company.

Josh was my technician that arrived on scheduled time. I love how I was informed during his route and showed his picture letting me know time frame and identity. We discussed my issue with different options to choose from. I decided to have a new motor and brackets to resolve my issue. He was quick and thorough with the replacement. He was very professional and knowledgeable with his craft. Highly recommend them.

Phil Hunter from Precision Garage Door is an amazing with our garage door that stopped opening due to multiple problems. He replaced the springs, wheels and replaced the garage door opener and all associated components. Fast, responsive, professional service and did not pushed anything that I did not need. These people are highly recommended.
