Jason Talbot came out to do my estimate and was extremely polite and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I understood the process. When it came time for the installation, George Hix and Hunter Cunningham did an amazing job. They were polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. They also cleaned up so well that my home and garage looked brand new when they left. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received, highly recommend!

Excellent, friendly service. However, I was billed twice for the job. $721 was taken out of my checking account twice. I contacted Precision twice. I am still waiting for it to be refunded.

In the middle of the night we heard a load bang. In the morning realized it was our door spring. Called 8am and they came out same day. Technician Chris was friendly and courteous. He asked how old the door was and made a recommendation for the bearings as well. We decided to go with his advice and sure enough they were on borrowed time, metal shavings in them. We also opted for upgraded springs so we now have a much longer warranty. Super happy with every step of this inconvenience. Highly recommend Precision
