The tech was amazing and very professional. I was quite surprised at the cost, especially the transmitter. I was charged $532.00 for transmitter installation, and $394.00 for the transmitter. The exact same transmitter is $64.00 on Amazon. Please call me to discuss. This is quite a markup.

Nick was our technician, he was professional, respectful and was very honest on diagnosing the issue with my garage door. Precision was there for me when I needed them. My 20 year old garage door opener was working intermittently. I called them on Friday morning and there serviceman (John Duff) was at our house that evening. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and offered a couple of alternative solutions. He was very easy to be with, knowledgeable about his work and got the job done. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else with my business.

She made an appointment for me for this morning as I said it wasn’t an emergency last night. Matt, your service technician came a little after nine this morning. He did call and say he would be early if that was OK???? He was also a very nice, kind young man who seemed incredibly knowledgeable as well. We are very pleased with every aspect of Precision Overhead Garage Door. The first contact is so nice and friendly and quick to schedule an appointment. Wayne Madore, the service technician, was so nice, informative, immediately diagnosed the problem and then corrected and repaired the issue. He also explained a little about the door interns of it's hurricane strength. So once again, we are very pleased to use Precision Overhead Large door as our garage door company.
