The company service meet my expectations when I called initially for repair. They took my request and the technician called Luis was sent the same day I called. He did a throughly inspection and advise for a total replacement. I approved and he proceed with the entire replacement. Luis did an excellent job and instructed me about the usage. The next day I requested help with the MyQ app settings and the company sent Johnatan who helped me to go through the correct settings and provided a quick training. Now I am very satisfied with the system thanks to the good technicians (Luis and Johnatan) expertise in the installation and help with the app settings.

Chad was awesome and very knowledgeable and very personable and professional! He was very efficient and had my opener up in no time at all. He had to make a new spot for it to be mounted and hooked it up and programmed it all in about an hour and a half. He was very thorough and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have used Precision Garage Doors twice and have been very pleased both times. The first time was to repair an extremely old garage door opener. It was approximately 28 years old at the time and the technician repaired it and it lasted two more years, so I was satisfied with that. A couple of weeks ago when the old door opener completely broke down, we had the pleasure of having Sammy, an excellent Technician, come out to give us an estimate. Not only did he explain all of our options and prices, but once we made our decision, he did top quality work and kept us informed of his progress throughout the installation. Once the unit was installed, he took the time to explain how everything worked and even helped us download the app to our phones and explained how that worked too. Sammy was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Sammy and Precision Garage Doors.

I was impressed with the speed and ease of getting the springs replaced on my garage door. In several hours, they took my initial call and their technician Adam had all the necessary parts replaced. Adam was great. He took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and why, provided several options, and expertly replaced the worn parts. The professionalism and timing was greatly appreciated since I was also dealing with another crisis at the same time.

We called precision at 1030 am because our garage door opener blew apart. They gave us a 4 hr window to have someone come out and they sent Sammy out one hour into the window. Sammy was amazing not only did he explain what the problem was but also why it needed more than just an opener. He than gave me a detailed estimate of what it would cost to repair it with options. After deciding which way was best for us he stayed until the job was completed.Than demonstrated and helped set everything up so that we were comfortable with the new system. I would definitely use precision doors and recommend them to anyone ,if Sammy is an example of their technicians,he definitely is a great one!!
