Well, the garage door was a mess. Rough, noisy, and unreliable. Needed new rollers and a new opener. Whole thing done in 4 hours. Fair price. Tech was really cool. One of the better home services/repair experiences we've had since moving to FL in 2018. Definitely recommend using this company.

Josh was my technician that arrived on scheduled time. I love how I was informed during his route and showed his picture letting me know time frame and identity. We discussed my issue with different options to choose from. I decided to have a new motor and brackets to resolve my issue. He was quick and thorough with the replacement. My old and noisy garage door opener finally failed, prompting contact with Precision Garage Doors. Colton, the assigned technician, provided an excellent experience. Colton's friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor was noted from the start. He assessed the old system, clearly explained the issues, and presented options for a replacement of damaged parts, up to and including a new, modern replacement. The transparency and expertise increased the reviewer's confidence in their decision. Colton installed the new garage door opener efficiently and meticulously. He ensured the components worked correctly and helped set up the new remotes and connect the system to the smartphone app. His service exceeded expectations, ensuring complete satisfaction. My wife and I were impressed with the quietness of the new opener and the quality of the work. Thanks to Colton's service, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Colton and the Precision Garage Doors team are highly recommended for garage door needs.
