I had a hurricane door installed two years ago that came out perfect so I decided to get the key pad installed. It’s a life saver when I’m working outside and want the door closed. The girl on the phone was nice but the total price she quoted me for parts and installation should have included their hidden fees... the installer used scare tactics to pressure the upsale. Even if his prediction comes true i will use a different company for new service especially since they wont warranty the work they performed. Before leaving a review i replied to the owners email asking how my service was and i simply got a generic response back asking to leave a review about my experience but no apology for my dissapointing experience. Im sure other people have great reviews but my experience was a dud. The technician wasnt rude but i didnt care for his method of up selling.
