Early this year I had a complete door rebuild by Precision. Last week I could not get the garage door to open so I called them about the problem. The very next day Robert came out to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Additionally they upgraded the wall console, chain drive inner slide, Safety Eyes and some minor tuneups at NO Charge. I was pleasantly surprised by the additional service's I received without asking them or mentioning I had a problem with them. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their garage door and if the need arises in the future I will use them again.

My garage door broke at night. I called Precision Garage door the next morning, and they sent Jesse to our house within 20 minutes. I work an hour away and can't leave work to meet him. My daughter let him amd he evaluated what was wrong and called me to discuss the repair. He offered to put a bandaid on fixing it, but suggested fixing my other issues i had. I trusted Jesse and to go ahead and fix it right. Now my garage door is quiet and works the way it should. We worked out some payment details and no more worries. Thanks to Jesse and Precision Garage door. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Technician Jeremy Rossi arrived ahead of schedule and had me explain to him the problem we were having.He then checked the door and the opener and all components and reported his observations.He gave me several options to remedy the situation and we decided to purchase a new garage door opener.He also recommended fixing a few parts on the door that needed attention.He gave me pricing and told me the job would take several hours.He was done fairly quickly an then showed me how everything worked and answered all my questions.I would highly recommend your company.

I called precision overhead garage door service at 1000 AM in the morning. The technician was at my house within 3 hours and installed a new garage door opener within 1 1/2 hours. I could not asked for better service from this company. They were very honest and professional. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and acquaintances.

The service was very good. Technician couldn’t have been nicer. Said they would be here between noon & 4. He was at my house at 12:15. Everything was great except for being charged a $45.00 shop supply fee. I wouldn’t mind and would expect a $15 or $20 shop supply’s fee but $45.00 is just padding the bill.

we had a garage door with a broken cable, door would not operate, tech was on time and friendly explained the problem, and gave us an appx price, work was done quickly, personally the $680.00 charge for appx 1 hr work and a few repair materials seemed appx twice what the cost should have been. but at the time I had no choice, but to have the work performed.

I called Precision to have my garage door opener checked out. David Crowe came out and replaced my opener in a short time than I expected. I have used Precision before and wouldn't consider calling anyone else. I was very pleased that they gave me a window of 11-3 and David showed up before 11am.
