we had a garage door with a broken cable, door would not operate, tech was on time and friendly explained the problem, and gave us an appx price, work was done quickly, personally the $680.00 charge for appx 1 hr work and a few repair materials seemed appx twice what the cost should have been. but at the time I had no choice, but to have the work performed.

I called Precision to have my garage door opener checked out. David Crowe came out and replaced my opener in a short time than I expected. I have used Precision before and wouldn't consider calling anyone else. I was very pleased that they gave me a window of 11-3 and David showed up before 11am. My husband had a stroke yesterday and I was worried about spending all day waiting for Precision. They were just great. Thanks

Noah was very pleasant, professional and took the appropriate amount of time to do the job. He explained things to me as he went along. The door closes so quietly now that I looked again to make sure it was moving. A good job, taken care of well and quickly.

I chose Precision because of the great reviews on Goggle and also a friend recommended them. The technician was very professional and offered various solutions to my problem, from the least expensive fix to what could be done at a later date. There was no pressure from him. I very much appreciated that.

On March 20, 2019, Josh and Austin arrived at my home at the appointed time to repair my garage door. I was extremely impressed with these young men in the way that they conducted themselves. They were friendly, very knowledgeable and worked for hours repairing my garage door. I was very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to others in need of their services. Precision Garage Door Service is a fantastic company. I have been a customer for years dating back to when I lived in Jacksonville, FL prior to moving to the Tampa/Hudson area in 2011. You are definitely a 5-Star company and I am thankful that I can always rely on you to do excellent work.

I was very satisfied with the Precision team! Melanie was very thorough on her estimate and demonstration. She took time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options on what would fit my needs. Another company gave an estimate for $200 cheaper but my Melanie's knowledge and professionalism led to my decision to choose Precision. Luke came out and removed the old door, replaced trim and framing, and installed a new door in a timely manner. Even though this job presented certain difficulties, Luke made this install look EASY and when completed it looked like he was never there! Great job and many thanks to everyone at Precision, I couldnt be any happier with my garage door experience!

I choose Precision because of their price for service. Having a name and picture of who is coming to my home to do the service. A security issue for homeowners. They came to confirm that my tracks were secure due to a garage ceiling problem. Technician was so pleasant.
