Had to have my battery replaced in my LiftMaster garage door opener. Arnold Simpson was the technician that came to my house to find out if the beeping noise I had been hearing for almost 2 days was from my battery. He tested it and sure enough my battery was dead even though the door opener stated it was fully charged. In no time at all he replaced the battery and even took the time to spray lubricant on the tracks of the garage door. Great service and highly professional.

I'm new to the area so I asked a neighbor if she knew of a company that she could recommend to fix my garage door wall opener and provide me a new remote opener as I had lost mine the night before. She said she had a good experience with Precision when the spring broke on her opener. To my surprise, when I called Precision, I was able to speak to a person, not a phone tree. The tech was at my house less than 2 hours later. He quickly found a couple of bad wires in the wall opener and installed new wires. Then he programmed the 2 remotes I asked him for--so if I misplaced a remote--I'd have a spare. Very pleased with Precision's tech, promptness and service.

Early this year I had a complete door rebuild by Precision. Last week I could not get the garage door to open so I called them about the problem. The very next day Robert came out to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Additionally they upgraded the wall console, chain drive inner slide, Safety Eyes and some minor tuneups at NO Charge. I was pleasantly surprised by the additional service's I received without asking them or mentioning I had a problem with them. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their garage door and if the need arises in the future I will use them again.

My garage door broke at night. I called Precision Garage door the next morning, and they sent Jesse to our house within 20 minutes. I work an hour away and can't leave work to meet him. My daughter let him amd he evaluated what was wrong and called me to discuss the repair. He offered to put a bandaid on fixing it, but suggested fixing my other issues i had. I trusted Jesse and to go ahead and fix it right. Now my garage door is quiet and works the way it should. We worked out some payment details and no more worries. Technician Jeremy Rossi arrived ahead of schedule and had me explain to him the problem we were having.He then checked the door and the opener and all components and reported his observations.He gave me several options to remedy the situation and we decided to purchase a new garage door opener.He also recommended fixing a few parts on the door that needed attention.He gave me pricing and told me the job would take several hours.He was done fairly quickly an then showed me how everything worked and answered all my questions.I would highly recommend your company.

I called precision overhead garage door service at 1000 AM in the morning. The technician was at my house within 3 hours and installed a new garage door opener within 1 1/2 hours. The service was very good. Technician couldn’t have been nicer. Said they would be here between noon & 4. He was at my house at 12:15. Everything was great except for being charged a $45.00 shop supply fee. I wouldn’t mind and would expect a $15 or $20 shop supply’s fee but $45.00 is just padding the bill.
