I appreciated how the office scheduled an appointment for the same day that I called. I believe I talked to Vanessa, who was very helpful and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised at the email confirming my scheduled appointment. I was very impressed with Joshua as the technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained all my options to me. Thank you for a wonderful service experience.

After dealing with an incompetent company, the next time I had a garage door problem, I called Precision. I had seen their ad on TV and also in the newspaper. In May 2017 they replaced the 1 spring with 2 springs; in June 2019 they replaced the garage door opener; this time, there was a problem with the door not always closing. Chad Donovan came and immediately saw that the sensors were slightly off and straightened them. He also explained that the sun shining on the sensors could have caused the problem. In addition, he explained how the red light and the green lights on the sensors work. Chad was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and practiced the social distancing guidelines.

I was familiar with Precision because of their advertising. A neighbor down the street also referred them. Chris was on time and explained everything in such a way I understood what he was telling me the first time. Professional and friendly. He showed me several options without pushing me into the most expensive one which says something, considering I am a woman. My husband passed away six months ago. This was my first major repair. I feel good about the work and am confident I made the right decision. I recommended Precision to everyone.

Mike F serviced my garage door on 3.3.20. He was right on time and very nice. I was worried at what the costs were going to be. but because I had an overhaul done a year ago on the system, all was under warranty to my surprise since I wasn't even aware what what they did merited it. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and very efficient. I would recommend Precision highly as they stand by their warranty.

I had two of my three garage doors rebuilt by Keith from Precision a little over a year ago and I was very happy with Keith and every aspect of his service, so naturally I called them when the spring of my third door broke and sure enough, Keith was the tech that showed up and once again I had an awesome experience was treated like a good friend and within an hour and fifteen minutes everything was fixed and back in perfect working order. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Keith and Precision.

Had to have my battery replaced in my LiftMaster garage door opener. Arnold Simpson was the technician that came to my house to find out if the beeping noise I had been hearing for almost 2 days was from my battery. He tested it and sure enough my battery was dead even though the door opener stated it was fully charged. In no time at all he replaced the battery and even took the time to spray lubricant on the tracks of the garage door. Great service and highly professional.
