Travis the technician was very kind and professional. We had a spring snap and slam into the garage door, thankfully no one was in the garage, otherwise someone would have gotten hurt. Travis said Precision Door offers safety cables that attach into the new springs to prevent them from injuring should they snap again. I did not know that was even an option! I opted in for that and now I feel safer should that incident ever happen in the future. I have used Precision Doors in the past and will continue to for all of my garage door needs.

My door had been making strange noises lately and I noticed a lot of slack in the chain. I knew if I didn't call for someone to look at it, the door would fail at the worst possible time. I see Precision trucks around all the time and decided to try them. Zack the service tech was at our house within an hour of my call and explained what was going on and how he would fix it. He said I was right in calling because trouble was on the horizon if I waited. Zack knew his stuff and took good care of us. He was prompt, friendly and professional. This is my second time using Precision and I have been pleasantly pleased both times with the professionals and the person who answered the phone who scheduled them. Each time they have explained the issue and shown the solution but never oversold or overexplained. The professional Robbie was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had and showed me how to maintain the door as well. He explained what happened to the door and why and his recommendation for a new part. The price I thought was very reasonable and didn't try to upsell. He was very respectful and the repair didn't take long though he tested it out numerous times. I would recommend Precision for garage door needs.
