Domenic Carapellucci did a great job repairing and installing a new spring and ten rollers. Considering the workspace available, since my car was in the garage and the door could not be open. Had the door freeze and it had jumped one side of the track. Another company could not send a service tech for “several days”. I called Precision and Isak the service tech was here the same day, and was even early. He did a great job of repairing the bent track, lubricating the door segments, replacing the spring and making sure the door operated better than it had in years! The cost for the work was very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with Precision’s performance.
