Technician was ahead of time on the appointment which was excellent. He got my garage door up and running and did an annual maintenance. Chris the tech did a very good job installing the new keypad,was very friendly and did take time to check the garage door,and did lube some parts for us. My only gripe is I feel the price of the part was way overpriced and for installation of a key pad the bill was much higher then anticipated.

We selected precision garage doors because they have installed a motor on our existing home in 2019 We called precision. They answered in a timely manner, very pleasant and very understanding. They assured us they would have the earliest technician come to the home which was exactly the same day 12 to 4. They were here at 12:05. Nick was a technician that they sent. He was not only here in a timely manner very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Very proud of what he does, and loves his job.
