On March 20, 2019, Josh and Austin arrived at my home at the appointed time to repair my garage door. I was extremely impressed with these young men in the way that they conducted themselves. I was very satisfied with the Precision team! Melanie was very thorough on her estimate and demonstration. She took time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options on what would fit my needs. Another company gave an estimate for $200 cheaper but my Melanie's knowledge and professionalism led to my decision to choose Precision. Luke came out and removed the old door, replaced trim and framing, and installed a new door in a timely manner. Even though this job presented certain difficulties, Luke made this install look EASY and when completed it looked like he was never there! I had used Precision once before in 2016. I was pleased then with the job so I am a returning customer. I give 5 STARS for the speed in sending someone to look at my problem (especially that today is a Saturday). Chris Johnson was top notch. He was able to come to my home before the scheduled time. He explained that I needed a new motor and went over my options. He was courteous and efficient. And, he cleaned up afterward! I would ask for him again if I ever needed it. 5 STARS for Chris!!

He listed all my options and the differences in each one. He was so polite. He was done in about 2-2.5 hours. He cleaned up every bit of mess. He programmed all of our cars to the new opener.
