I contacted Precision for a quote because of their wonderful reviews on line. Chris came out to give the quote, and reinforced my thought that this was a good decision, due to his professional demeanor, knowledge of the product, and straightforward answers to my questions. Today the tech arrived early, which was wonderful from my point of view. He set right to work, quickly installing the door, opener and outside keypad. I now have the quietest door I have ever had. Three times now I had to look twice because I thought it was not working, but it was already finished opening or closing the door. Amazing. I highly recommend Precision!

Finding a service technician for anything these days is like playing spin-the-bottle...you never know what you will end up with. Yesterday the bottle stopped at Precision Garage Door Service. I was dubious but really hit the jackpot. Today, Carlos and Brian came out to diagnose my over 20-year-old garage door opener malfunction. Needing a replacement did not surprise me, but everything else did. Both gentlemen were pleasant, professional (in manner and attire), helpful, skilled, and efficient. In no time I had a new garage door opener for a price that I could afford. My only complaint? The door is too quiet…now I can’t hear my son sneak in, in the middle of the night. ?
