Precision installed a new door for me a few years ago. They did a great job. The door started acting up and I didn't know why so I called them out. They came out right away and explained to me that somehow the sensor got knocked and it was affecting the door not closing properly. They adjusted the sensor and everything was perfect again. They didn't even charge me for a service call. What great service and a great company.

I was very impressed with the quick response on a Sunday. The Technician Josh Hink was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained all the work required very thoroughly. I could not believe how fast & efficient Josh worked. When he was complete the garage door never worked so smoothly or quietly since we built the house in 2007. Mr. Jason Darling installed a new garage door opener on August 8, 2020. He arrived on time and was observing all COVID 19 protocols. Mr. Daring was very professional and explained the features and options of the different openers. After, the decision was made he started and worked tirelessly in 100 degree temperatures for about two hours installing the new garage door opener. Then explained the operation and equipment. Oh!!! he collected the money. Very pleased with the service and equipment.

John ( A ) Pappas was professional and very efficient. He offered 3 levels of repair and we went with the maximum. john showed me how to use the aerosol spray lubricate on the track, wheels and hinges and said twice a year will be sufficient. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me.

I want to thank Precision and Austin for the excellent service I just received. This evening at 6pm on July 3rd, I pulled into the driveway and the garage door would not open. I went in thru the front door and when I looked in the garage, the spring had broken. I called Precision and I was told the tech would be there in 20 minutes. Austin arrived within in that time and replaced the springs in roughly 30 mins. Basically from when I called to when the job got completed, it was about 1 hr on a Friday night (and a holiday for most people). Thank you so much. Would highly recommend Precision!
