Chris showed up and to make a long story short, he said my door was in good shape and did not need any servicing so there was no charge. How often does that happen! He was very courteous and explained why no service was needed. You can bet that when I do have a problem. Precision will be my 1st call.

I see your ads on 10 Tampa bay and saw impressive reviews online. Your ads are absolutely true. The service person arrived in a very timely manner and he explained everything about the repairs and how to best maintain the door myself. The guys who removed my 40 yr old garage door and installed a new Amarr insulated door did a great job and quicker than expected. When I purchased a new opener several months later due to an early Black Friday sale at one of the big box stores, I realized that the spring bearing bracket was in the way and that I did not have enough clearance to install the opener track due to my low garage ceiling. Seth came out and moved the spring and bracket out of the way and installed quick turn brackets that increased my clearance to 3 1/2", more than enough to install the opener/track. All with no additional charges! Great experience, company and employees.

Our installer Chris, was very fast in recognizing the issue(s) and recommending how to fix or improve our opener. Gave us four prices depending on level of service with explaination of each. We went for the highest price repair which he was able to accomplish within two hours of arrival. We were a bit surprised at the cost, but his work and the results are very satisfying. Thank you.

Precision installed a new door for me a few years ago. They did a great job. The door started acting up and I didn't know why so I called them out. They came out right away and explained to me that somehow the sensor got knocked and it was affecting the door not closing properly. They adjusted the sensor and everything was perfect again. They didn't even charge me for a service call. What great service and a great company.

I was very impressed with the quick response on a Sunday. The Technician Josh Hink was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained all the work required very thoroughly. I could not believe how fast & efficient Josh worked. When he was complete the garage door never worked so smoothly or quietly since we built the house in 2007. Simply amazing how efficient he was & I will recommend Precision to all my friends & family! Thank you Josh! A++++++++++++++++++++++++
