Moved into a new house and garage door wouldn't open. Door opener was also broken. Called Precision because reviews were all positive. John came out and evaluated the problems. Door hardware was a mess and needed a new opener. After about two and a half hours of replacing everything but the door, everything is working great. Thanks John.

my installer, travis did a great job. he came to repair a loose chain and found other issues w/ the opener, springs and cables. he had to replace the unit. now it runs very quietly and smoothly. i would hire him again

Precision sent Craig out the next day on time . He was friendly and professional. I've been constantly breaking carriages on my garage door opener. Craig found over a dozen issues that were not installed correctly when the builder installed the door. He also was able to pin point other parts of the door that were worn out and also restricting the operation of the door making it harder for the door opener to operate correctly. Well worth the price to have the door and opener operating correctly.

Unfortunately the opener's erratic behavior did not re-occur while the technician was here and after thoroughly checking the system he could not identify the problem. He was kind enough to check out my sister's opener (next door) also and determined that it should be replaced. Have used Precision in the past for repairs on previous garage door. Always came on time and reasonably priced. So we called when we knew we needed a new door. Again, reasonably priced. Chad came to talk about the need for a new door. He was friendly, informative and professional. That was on Friday and then only 3 days later, Monday, Jerry and Sherman came for the install. They were so efficient for the install. They arrived early this morning and got it done! Nice guys too and informative, neat and professional. Can't say enough about them. We had a big surprise when we came home yesterday evening around 5:30 PM, Our garage door would not open. I determined that one of the springs was broken. We quickly looked up a possible company that could fix it right away. I remembered all the Adds that said you could send someone out ASAP. We looked up Precision and found a company in New Port Richey. They sent a technician out right away. Brian Harman came out, assessed the problem and recommended several choices to pick from. Once that was decided, Brian went to work. He worked efficiently and quickly. He was friendly and courteous. The job was done and he thanked us.
