Way too much money. I was working and since we had you do work in the past trusted you for a fair price. I was willing to pay more but not 50%. It's on me for not waiting but won't happen again

Early this year I had a complete door rebuild by Precision. Last week I could not get the garage door to open so I called them about the problem. The very next day Robert came out to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Additionally they upgraded the wall console, chain drive inner slide, Safety Eyes and some minor tuneups at NO Charge. I was pleasantly surprised by the additional service's I received without asking them or mentioning I had a problem with them. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their garage door and if the need arises in the future I will use them again.

My garage door broke at night. I called Precision Garage door the next morning, and they sent Jesse to our house within 20 minutes. I work an hour away and can't leave work to meet him. Technician Jeremy Rossi arrived ahead of schedule and had me explain to him the problem we were having.He then checked the door and the opener and all components and reported his observations.He gave me several options to remedy the situation and we decided to purchase a new garage door opener.He also recommended fixing a few parts on the door that needed attention.He gave me pricing and told me the job would take several hours.He was done fairly quickly an then showed me how everything worked and answered all my questions.I would highly recommend your company.

Everything was great except for being charged a $45.00 shop supply fee. I wouldn’t mind and would expect a $15 or $20 shop supply’s fee but $45.00 is just padding the bill.
