Service guy showed up at time promised, introduced himself, clean all American type of guy and very knowledge and took care of my problem within 30 minutes, checked operation of door, and asked if I had any questions and left, five star rating in my book, a little pricey but service was outstanding. On March 20, 2019, Josh and Austin arrived at my home at the appointed time to repair my garage door. I was extremely impressed with these young men in the way that they conducted themselves. I was very satisfied with the Precision team! Melanie was very thorough on her estimate and demonstration. She took time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options on what would fit my needs. Another company gave an estimate for $200 cheaper but my Melanie's knowledge and professionalism led to my decision to choose Precision. Luke came out and removed the old door, replaced trim and framing, and installed a new door in a timely manner. Had new door installed. Was done quickly and professionally by the crew. The door had a minor kink in one of the panels. They immediately ordered and installed a replacement panel.
