we had a garage door with a broken cable, door would not operate, tech was on time and friendly explained the problem, and gave us an appx price, work was done quickly, personally the $680.00 charge for appx 1 hr work and a few repair materials seemed appx twice what the cost should have been. but at the time I had no choice, but to have the work performed.

I called Precision to have my garage door opener checked out. David Crowe came out and replaced my opener in a short time than I expected. I have used Precision before and wouldn't consider calling anyone else. I was very pleased that they gave me a window of 11-3 and David showed up before 11am. I was very satisfied with the Precision team! Melanie was very thorough on her estimate and demonstration. She took time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options on what would fit my needs. Another company gave an estimate for $200 cheaper but my Melanie's knowledge and professionalism led to my decision to choose Precision. Luke came out and removed the old door, replaced trim and framing, and installed a new door in a timely manner. Even though this job presented certain difficulties, Luke made this install look EASY and when completed it looked like he was never there!
