I used Precision in both my homes in Cape Coral. I was always pleased especially with the people who handle the outside calls. The ones who do the actual work of digging. I loved my installer. You were prompt in your answering of the phone... and the scheduling of service. Proud to recommend you. Stefan Harris is to be recognized for his work in the field. I hated that there was no picture of him on your site. You really shouldn't post associates in the field if you can't post them all or keep the site current... imo. Very courteous and professional. Responded quickly and were able to repair my garage door the same day. I used them once before and I was extremely pleased with their workmanship. I called all over and couldn't get anyone to even answer the phone I worked with Precision a while back I remembered and gave them a call. they were very pleasant and I got an appointment within in a few hours on a Saturday. They sent out a great guy and his name was Arnold Simpson. This gentleman was on time, very Knowledgable, explained every detail and answered all my questions and then he went to work. He did everything except my garage door. He was quick and clean and went over everything he installed with me at the end. He was just the perfect great guy to have done that job that I needed so desperately. I really appreciate people like this, honest and sincere and liked doing what he has done for a long time. All I can say is Thanks to Precision Garage doors and to Arnold Simpson.

Heard a bang in the garage after 5 on a Saturday, I was able to get an appointment on a Sunday with the most professional technician and by 7 pm on Sunday my issue was fixed but the experience was quick, courteous and professional .

The tech wouldn't even attempt to fix the door which was an easy repair because the door was too old. Even after I agreed to purchase a new door he would not offer any help to at least get the door closed so my family had to spend the night knowing anyone could acsess the house trough the garage at anyti. Also never sent me an estimate on a new door like he said he did.

Cris was very professional. He explained our options as to what should be done with our garage door and did a super job fixing it. This door is 40 years old but in good shape. Same day service, courteous and professional employees. Tried unsuccessfully to create the intermittent problem with door not closing. Employee check everything out, tightened the spring, lubrigated rollers. Employee stated he would be happy to come back if the problem persists. I called Precision to fix a spring that had broken. In order to fix the spring I also had to get new cables and wheel and lube and new piece of wood that was $150. It was very expensive $678.50. I appreciate that they came out the same day I called them and it is fixed, but will get estimates from now on beforehand.
