Same day service, courteous and professional employees. Tried unsuccessfully to create the intermittent problem with door not closing. Employee check everything out, tightened the spring, lubrigated rollers. Employee stated he would be happy to come back if the problem persists. I called Precision to fix a spring that had broken. In order to fix the spring I also had to get new cables and wheel and lube and new piece of wood that was $150. It was very expensive $678.50. I appreciate that they came out the same day I called them and it is fixed, but will get estimates from now on beforehand.

You are rediculosly exxpensive. The charge for house call is ok BUT charging me extra $40+ repropraming fee is leaves a bad taste. All yr tech did was press one yellow button and he used my step ladder.

Our garage door was about 20 years old and one day decided it was done. We called Precision and was quickly scheduled for a next day appt. Travis arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected, was friendly, very professional and gave us several options of repair. We agreed on the price (5% veteran’s discount) and about 90 minutes later, we were all set to go. He explained all the features of our new motor AND took the time to program our car to open the door remotely. He cleaned up the garage and was on his way.
