We selected precision garage doors because they have installed a motor on our existing home in 2019 We called precision. They answered in a timely manner, very pleasant and very understanding. They assured us they would have the earliest technician come to the home which was exactly the same day 12 to 4. They were here at 12:05. Nick was a technician that they sent. He was not only here in a timely manner very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Very proud of what he does, and loves his job. He educated my husband on a few more things that needed to be done and repaired, and we asked him if he could do it while he was here. He said absolutely I stocked my truck this morning. Totally recommend precision garage doors. We have used them multiple times. This time we neerded a new garage door key pad for outside, Luis came out today 9/29/2023 to put on a new key pad to the garage and set the system. As I have an ill husband it was imperative I have the door operational you arrived quickly and at the time promised. I am an older woman and Keith was respectful which is unusual for contractors in my experience. I would like to rehire for further work on my door but I will do more research for a more competitive price when I'm not under pressure. I thought for the time required and supplies $434.00 was excessive.

I called yesterday afternoon as my garage door would not open. The young lady I spoke to was delightful and very helpful. She made an appointment for me for this morning as I said it wasn’t an emergency last night. Matt, your service technician came a little after nine this morning. He did call and say he would be early if that was OK???? He was also a very nice, kind young man who seemed incredibly knowledgeable as well.
