I have used Precision Garage Doors in the past for minor repairs, this time my old opener gave up the ghost. I called the office and a Service Technician was at my house by 8:00am the next morning! Josh could not be any better! He diagnosed the issue, prepared a quote and started working immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. The job was completed in just a couple of hours. My garage door runs smoothly and is very quiet. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for ANY issues you may encounter. I am beyond pleased with the quality and service I received today. Honest review from satisfied customer, Gayle M. Florida resident

I chose Precision, again, because I was able to get someone out to assess my problem (garage door opener broke) same day...within a few hours of calling, actually. Nelson was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, transparent about parts, quality, and cost...and competent in installing what I needed. I'm satisfied with the service I was provided and highly recommend. Many thanks!!

I used Precision several years ago at an earlier residence and they were great. I used them recently and they still delivered excellent service. My technician was super friendly and explained everything to me. I am completely satisfied with the quality work that was done and would recommend them highly.

We are repeat customers because our experience with Precision has been excellent. On of our torsion springs broke the other day and we could not get in or out of the garage. Precision came out immediately. Our technician was amazing. He gave us very good advise on the type of torsion spring we should get and then in an hour had the new ones installed along with related parts. We highly recommend Precision and will use them again in the future.

This is the second time I’ve had to use Precision in the last several years for an old garage door and opener. Just like before, they were fantastic. Response time was within a few hours of calling late in the day, and within a few minutes of arriving the problem was diagnosed and a quote was given. Precision’s extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable technician had replaced the parts and had the garage working quieter than before. I highly recommend Precision and will use them for any future issues for sure!

I initially purchased a new door & opener because of your advertisement on the tv. When I called, someone came out the same day to diagnose the concern. Since my purchases, whenever I had a problem, your technician was right there. They are always courteous, friendly & they take the time to correct & inform my of what they did & why. I would definitely recommend your company. This last visit, the concern was with my opener light coming on when there was no one in the garage. Since this occurred more than once, it was replaced. That made me very happy.

The technician arrived at the time quoted, called when he was 20 minutes out. He listened to my concerns and suggested ideas and projected costs. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame and it was tested to ensure I was satisfied and suggested that I spray some lubricant every 5-6 months and left me a can of the correct lubricant and where to apply. The technicians were efficient and very polite. They explained what they were going to do and went over the work order thoroughly with me before beginning. When they were done, they once again explained that very thing they did and how to keep the door working well.

Have used several times over the years and would highly recommend them to anyone. The technician was professional, honest and very knowledgeable. He showed me what needed to be changed and then gave me other items that were recommended to be changed. He showed what was wrong with each item and why he recommended. Will continue to use Precision Door for many more years to come.

Precision has always treated me fairly. The new motor and drive that replaced my 19 year old system are EXTREMELY Quiet! If I didn't see it moving I would not know it was working. I had used Precision a couple years ago to fix an annoying cracking noise when opening. They found that the main rod was bent and the spring had weakened over time. They installed new rod and spring which resolved the noise. Fast forward and my motor ground to a halt with the door a foot off the ground. I had to pull to release the door. Precision came as scheduled, !did the repair, and now we are back in business and quieter than ever before. Thank you - Precision is my go-to service.
