Excellent customer support from the person answering my initial call to the tech Cameron, who assessed, went over my options and then did the repair. This was completed in record time. Josh, my service guy gets 5 stars. He is a professional and did a fantastic job renovating my garage door. I called for a maintenance job. We bought this hurricane double door a little over 5 years ago for less than $2,000. There were several pieces needing replacement. The bill was OVER $2,000! We now have a 7 year warranty and according to our service person better parts than the original door. I was a little disappointed in the cost and early timing of failing parts. We bought our door from Precision. We purchased 2 springs, cables, rollers, bearing plates, and rollers. On the bright side, I am VERY glad I had the service BEFORE the cables snapped or the springs broke.
