Because I was so pleased with my experience with Precision 5 yrs ago when I purchased the door, I naturally called them again when it needed repairs. The tech, Chris Wyckoff, provided excellent service in every way. He was punctual, professional and courteous. The technician called saying he was 30 minutes away. He arrived on time. We talked then he closed and opened the garage door. He inspected the door thoroughly, then he told me the issues he saw. After putting a price on each item, we discussed options. This is a 21 year old garage door system which has all original parts. I decided to proceed and he went to work. He said it would be about 2 hours, and it was. It needed quite a bit of new parts. After he finished, he showed me what was done, demonstrated the new opener, re coded the outside keypad and went over the annual lubrication recommendation. Pretty simple. The new system is great. No noises, squeaks or vibration. It’s quiet. It really needed the upgrade and I am glad I called Precision to take care of it.

I called all over and couldn't get anyone to even answer the phone I worked with Precision a while back I remembered and gave them a call. they were very pleasant and I got an appointment within in a few hours on a Saturday. They sent out a great guy and his name was Arnold Simpson. This gentleman was on time, very Knowledgable, explained every detail and answered all my questions and then he went to work. He did everything except my garage door. He was quick and clean and went over everything he installed with me at the end. He was just the perfect great guy to have done that job that I needed so desperately. I really appreciate people like this, honest and sincere and liked doing what he has done for a long time. All I can say is Thanks to Precision Garage doors and to Arnold Simpson.

The tech wouldn't even attempt to fix the door which was an easy repair because the door was too old. Even after I agreed to purchase a new door he would not offer any help to at least get the door closed so my family had to spend the night knowing anyone could acsess the house trough the garage at anyti. Also never sent me an estimate on a new door like he said he did.

Cris was very professional. He explained our options as to what should be done with our garage door and did a super job fixing it. This door is 40 years old but in good shape.
