Our garage door locked up at about 4:45 PM. We had a new opener (old one was 20 years old) and a full functional door before 9:00. Chad, the technician, was friendly, courteous and efficient. Precision couldn't have a better person to represent the company!! I totally recommend Precision for any garage door repair needed. They are by far the best I have ever used from initial contact to completed job!

Very satisfied with the turnaround time for the service call. Chris the tech did a very good job installing the new keypad,was very friendly and did take time to check the garage door,and did lube some parts for us. My only gripe is I feel the price of the part was way overpriced and for installation of a key pad the bill was much higher then anticipated.
