Had the door freeze and it had jumped one side of the track. Another company could not send a service tech for “several days”. I called Precision and Isak the service tech was here the same day, and was even early. He did a great job of repairing the bent track, lubricating the door segments, replacing the spring and making sure the door operated better than it had in years! The cost for the work was very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with Precision’s performance.

Installed a new garage door opener. Great experience. Tech was on time, professional, & very thorough. Chain had to be adjusted a month later but they came right out & took care of it. Was referred to you by a friend that had great service. Technician Sean arrived on time, was friendly and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and also advised me of the parts that needed to be replaced and the costs.
