Precision Garage Door Services - I called early morning and service was scheduled for the same day. Was given a time and the service tech called and texted 15 minutes before arrival. Service technician Sammy Rafraf was professional, answered all my questions and explained the work to be completed. Shared with me a number of options, without any pressure. Work was completed, the garage was cleaned and the garage door works great. I would recommend tech Sammy and Precision for work associated with your garage door.

Mike did an excellent job to please us since we had to replace a Genie Door Opener that was only 3 years old. It was a screw drive and Genie "screwed" us by having it fail within 3 years. We originally had a Craftsman Door opener that lasted for over 20 years! Genie should refund us for the 2022 Door opener that failed within three years!

A service technician arrived here in less than 3 hours after I called about a non emergency problem with my garage door opener. George was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and looked at the problem in all possible ways to repair the opener. My interests were his top priority as he gave me every option available. We agreed on the best choice for me and he quickly did the job above and beyond my expectations. This is the 2nd time I've used Precision and it was the same as the first. I will never call anyone but Precision to repair my garage door! A wonderful company with wonderful people!!

Excellent service. The technician arrived early and examined the problem promptly. He thoroughly explained the issues and what needed to be done to correct the problem. Completed the work earlier than anticipated and he walked me through all aspects of the parts installed and the warranty for each. I would definitely recommend Precision for anyone needing a repair or replacement.

Joshua from precision garage door was very professional during the initial contact and listening to what my issues we're at the current time. He explained the process what was going to occur and then a diagnosis and estimate would be prepared. Then it was up to me to decide if I wanted to go with his recommendations fully or partially. I found excellence customer service from start to finish of the process. After he was finished Joshua explained and showed me everything that was on the list that needed to be fixed and it was and that was a very good touch. I would definitely recommend precision garage door and the reason I called them, is that I have used this company in the past and have never been disappointed.

Technician Luke Rose was very competent. He patiently and clearly explained the problems my old garage door opener was incurring. He then clearly informed me of the estimated cost, effectiveness, and repair time of several possible solutions. Luke Rose was polite, pleasant, informative and made me feel confident that the repairs being made were, overall, the correct and most cost effective solutions.
