This time, we once again received outstanding and courteous service. I was told by your pleasant dispatcher that someone would be there between 1 and 3 pm and would call in advance. I got a call from Ben who said he would be there within 30 minutes, he was. Ben was very efficient and professional, he got us fixed with no hard pressure upselling, just provided maintenance advice and things to keep an eye on. Once again, your company exceeded expectations on this Sunday service call. I've already recommended you to my neighbor.
