My experience with Precision Door Service was wonderful. Your associate, Isak Zenkic, was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me into buying anything. He is an excellent example of what a service person should be. Thanks Isak!!

We first used Precision several years ago and we were very impressed with how they operate their business. We had a recent garage door repair issue, so we called them again for service. We were very pleased with the overall customer service from them. They are very professional, on time, and strive to achieve a top notch job for their customers. My experience with them clearly demonstrated they are a business who sincerely cares about their customers.

Same day service was much appreciated; they even moved my original appt up from a 2-6pm window and arrived before noon. Mike was friendly, professional and finished the job quickly. He took the time to go through pricing options with me and took into account my long-term goals without up-selling. He explained things along the way and taught me how to maintain the best operations of the door. Would recommend.

I will gladly recommend Precision based on the good experience I had with the technician, Adam. He was pleasant ,professional and respectful. Adam explained the problem and what my options were without any pressure . He constantly asked during the process and before leaving, “ Do you have any questions.” It was my pleasure being served by precision based on the swift and timely response and the professionalism extended from my first call to the end of my install. Again… Thank you.

I cannot express how impressed we are with Precision and their employees. We have had a difficult reoccurring issue and Tyler has taken it upon himself to do everything he can to make sure it is resolved and we are happy. Tyler, Andrew and a trainee came out today to monitor the issues and make some adjustments. All businesses should take a page from Precision and their employees.

Josh H. Was our technician and he was an absolute professional in every sense of the word. Was courteous to my wife and my kids, knew the job inside and out, and made extremely quick work of the repair. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. If all technicians are like Josh, I don’t see how any other garage door repairs companies are in business.

To whom it may concern: I found your name on the internet, I called and was given a time for your techs the next day. They showed me what was wrong with my garage door opener and gave me the option of replacing parts or a complete new system. I chose the new system. The techs were pleasant and nice to deal with. My job was completed in approx. 2 hrs. I would recommend them. Larry Toll

This is not the first time we've had Precision out to service our garage door, and like the other times they did not disappoint. Our tech Josh was fantastic and knowledgeable and courteous, and he made a lot of effort to clean up behind himself which I really appreciate. Thanks Josh! We've known of Precision for a while because of their support to the Joy FM, which as a long time listener and supporter is very much appreciated. Thank you for having a great company, great employees, and thank you for being a force for good in your community.

Just had Technician Josh do maintenance on our two car garage door. Sounded like a Herd of Elephants when it went up and down. Josh explained what was needed. He was knowledgeable and thorough. We replaced the rollers and did general maintenance on the door. Friendly to my wife and I and am greatly satisfied.

Austin was the best. He answered all our questions, showed us first what he was going to do and gave us options. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. And our dog loved him! I went online to book an appointment Friday night late, and Austin was there on time Saturday! I have seen commercials for Precision Overhead Door and your company delivers everything you state. Also great communication, and knowing who is going to be at your residence and being able to read their profile was very reassuring. Thank you for fast reliable service. Everyone that I know who needs help with their garage door, I will definitely give them your information. Heidi H.
