Robbie showed up on time. He explained my various options of a new garage door versus fixing my old one. He clearly explained what he was going to do to fix my old one. By the time he was done, the door looked pretty much brand new and worked better than ever before. I cannot thank him enough.

It was an awesome treat to deal with a professional that knows his work. Thank you Rob West. You are a great representative for Precision Garage Doors. In this day and age you never know, so many anymore don't seem to know their job, but Rob was a true professional. He was on time, friendly and did a beautiful job. I would also like to say their serviceman that came out to give us an estimate was also very friendly and easy to deal with. We are very happy customers and would recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing their services.

The service provider, Jay, was excellent. The prices the company obligates him to charge are predatory. We have nearly new doors, which simply needed a new alignment on one and lubrication on both. We needed no parts. The job took about one hour. Precision charged $420!!! Wall street lawyers don't charge $420 per hour. It is sad to see the home services industry evolve into the over-priced clique it has become.

Travis the technician was very kind and professional. We had a spring snap and slam into the garage door, thankfully no one was in the garage, otherwise someone would have gotten hurt. Travis said Precision Door offers safety cables that attach into the new springs to prevent them from injuring should they snap again. I did not know that was even an option! I opted in for that and now I feel safer should that incident ever happen in the future. I have used Precision Doors in the past and will continue to for all of my garage door needs.
