Incredible service and stands behind their product. They installed my garage door a year and half ago. Then Hurricane Helene came and damaged my door. Carlos and his team were amazing. Came right out and saw all that we have been through and repaired the door under warranty for free. This was an unexpected and much needed gesture of kindness that I really needed. It meant a lot to me and they have earned a customer for life. Thanks!

Excellent customer service from the moment we called to schedule an appointment and spoke with the lady on the phone to the work Luke the technician did for us. He educated us throughout the process, explained what was causing the problems and was indeed to repair. We went with his expertise and are greatly satisfied with the work he did. We are completely satisfied with the services, and how his professionalism. We would not hesitate recommending them to others as well as use them again if ever needed. He set the bar for excellence in customer service.

Our Lift-master remote garage opener just decided to stop working today Sunday! We called Precision and they were able to schedule same day service! Austin Reed, our technician, courteously called us 30 minutes before he arrived. He was prompt, efficient and fixed the issues in no time! Austin was amazing! Thank you Austin! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Service is outstanding! Great care was taken by “Mike” to make sure everything met the highest standard. The only reason for scoring 4 out of 5 stars was due to the high cost of repairs. It was a bit of a shock for us. Price did not include a new opener. But we have no qualms about the job done.

I would recommend Precision Garage Doors to my friends and associates. My call to your office resulted in a service call the same day at a time that was convenient to me. Out technician, Luke was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me areas of concern with our old system and the benefits of a new system. He installed our new system and took the time to explain how the system operates.

You all tried to rip me off. I got a estimate for over $2200. I got a 2nd opinion and only cost me $130. Shame on you.

Prompt and excellent service with great advice from Corbin. We were able to fully restore the garage doors, including a redesigned spring system. I’m very happy with the increased reliability and smooth/quiet operation. Corbin balanced the big door, making for easy manual operation or auto operation. Well done!

I called Precision because I always see/hear the commercials and knew the company off the top of my head. I was extremely happy the technician was able to arrive same day and only a few hours after my call. Jackson Letterman was my technician and he was fantastic. Very professional. Very polite. He was thorough with his explanation of what repairs were needed. The job was done quickly and with little impact on my family's daily routine. I've gone with a different company previously for cost and convenience reasons. As it turns out they installed incorrect parts which may have caused the issues I needed to repair this time. Moving forward I will be a Precision customer without question. Thank you.

I have said it before and when I had my door initially installed back in May, I wanted to use a good reputable company. I didn’t want to try using a local Handiman to save a few dollars. I’m so glad I made that decision. Due to mobility issues that I have now, there is no way I could go up on a ladder to link the opener with my Aladdin app. The check came here and did it all for me and refused to charge me. I absolutely highly recommend precision door for anyone that needs a garage door. It may cost a few bucks more, but absolutely well worth every penny!

Luke did a great job installing the (2) new 'sensors' for my garage door, yesterday (12-5-24) ... just as he had done previously, on 12-26-23, on my garage door. * This is the Invoice date I called for a copy of, this morning, in the amount of $490.00. The email confirmation I received from you, did not include the 'icon' invoice receipt, normally sent for payment confirmation (so I could click on it). I called to request a copy of that receipt this morning and hope to receive a copy soon, so I can keep up on what has been done on my garage door, moving forward. It's not that old, so being in accounting, myself... it should not be difficult to locate. Thank you, very much! Luke is very professional. He's knowledgeable, accesses the issue/s with ease and does a wonderful job! I really appreciate and trust his good work! I look forward to doing business with you in the future. Thank you! Put a $15 reinforcement bracket on my garage door and charged me $263. I am handicapped so can't do this myself but did not expect to be taken this badly. I will not be recommending.
