Excellent service all around ! The phone staff was friendly and courteous. Josh Hink was my Technician . I had a broken spring problem and Josh was professional, friendly and knowledgeable . He inspected the door and gave me a quote for the repair. He was finished in about an hour or so . All repair people should be like Josh . Thanks again for an excellent job . Have used Precision Doors Service for several years. Service has always been very professional and the requests for service has been answered within a short time. We have had the springs replaced and last service to replace worn cables. I definitely do recommend Precision for their immediate response no matter the time. Excellent customer support from the person answering my initial call to the tech Cameron, who assessed, went over my options and then did the repair. This was completed in record time. Made the call approximately 11 am. Door opener motor was replaced by 3 pm. Everyone professional and courteous . Couldn’t ask for better. Your advertisement is right on! Thank you!
