I'm not sure of the tech's name, but the invoice mentions John Duff. He was excellent. He thoroughly went over everything involved in servicing our door and reprogramming our openers. He was pleasant and did great work. I'd recommend him for anyone.

I was having trouble getting the opener to adjust properly. The door seemed to progressively hit harder than desired when closing. Your technician, Matt, arrived promptly, was friendly and made the proper adjustments very quickly. He suggested I call Precision if there is anything else I need. I definitely will do so.

Easy to make an appt. Worked with a very experienced Technician. Ryan texted ahead of time to inform me of his ETA and was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and helped me assess what repairs were needed immediately; the obvious replacement was a broken tension coil and a few updates as the garage was 21+ years old. Pricing was very reasonable. Ryan made sure he cleaned up and left the garage floor spotless. Great job and a very appreciative customer !!
