The service was quick and convenient (same day - within hours). The repair man was courteous, helpful, and professional. We were very impressed and satisfied with the entire experience except for the price - the cost of the repair was more than I expected (total came to $1365 to replace ball bearings, springs, and seal). Again, there was no pressure to do the repair, and we opted to have it done anyway. Would still recommend the company, but knowing what I know now about the cost, I would shop around next time.

I went with Precision because there was a Precision sticker on the garage door left from the previous homeowners. It was very nice to get same-day service. It sucked that I had to have the entire opener and associated mechanism replaced. My technician, Sean Wolf, was professional, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. Though it hurt parting with the money, Sean made the experience worthwhile. Can't thank him enough.

Excellent service all around ! The phone staff was friendly and courteous. Josh Hink was my Technician . I had a broken spring problem and Josh was professional, friendly and knowledgeable . He inspected the door and gave me a quote for the repair. He was finished in about an hour or so . All repair people should be like Josh . Thanks again for an excellent job . Excellent customer support from the person answering my initial call to the tech Cameron, who assessed, went over my options and then did the repair. This was completed in record time.
