You are rediculosly exxpensive. The charge for house call is ok BUT charging me extra $40+ repropraming fee is leaves a bad taste. All yr tech did was press one yellow button and he used my step ladder.

Your same-day service is great. James Mantsch was so friendly, professional, and helpful. He diagnosed the problems with the door opener system you had installed years ago, developed a three-tier cost estimate, and explained it clearly. He had all the materials required to replace the spring and install a new system for us and worked efficiently to get the work done. He communicated all along the way, completed the work, cleaned everything up, and did a walkthrough of the setup and operation of the new system. I cannot say enough about this great technician. You guys rock!

Our garage door stopped working so I called in the morning on January 12th and Rob West was at our home by 11:30 am. There was a problem with the Linear motor and Rob replaced it at no charge as it was still under warranty. Rob was knowledgeable, timely and courteous. He did a great job and even programmed my car to open the door too! One thing I didn’t notice until a few days later was that I forgot to mention that we also had an outside keypad. We don’t use it a lot but it is convenient when need. I called back and the next morning Craig Earle was there first thing to replace the keypad. He was done in just a few minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Precision Door. You really stand by your work!

It can be very frustrating when your 2-day weekend is put on hold when your garage door won't open, and my car is in the garage. especially on a Sunday. Then the possible time loss at work on Monday till it is fixed. I really appreciated Precision Overhead Garage door service to come out on a Sunday to fix my garage door. The technician came out earlier than I expected, Technician not only fixed my door; he had to fix it with limited space between my car and the door; then explained how to keep it in good working order.
