Our garage door completely imploded, bent, and separated on Sunday morning when we pushed the button to open it. I called Precision Doors and they came out an hour or so later…. On Sunday! I called at 11am as garage door was not performing well. By Noon Chris came out for service. Did an inspection on the performance of the door. Pointed our several worn out parts, gave a quote to bring back to new. I know have a garage door that is probable better then new. From start to finish job was completed in 3.5 hour a very friendly and professional experience. Chris was GREAT!!!

My garage door would not open. I called Precision at 4:30 and by 5:30 Johnathan was at my door. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me my options and replaced my opener in an hour and a half since it was over 20 years old. Works wonderful and is so quiet. He also programmed my key pad and car. Very happy with the service and will use them again if needed.
