After our door only opened 3/4 of the way up, we needed repair after I backed out and caught the bottom of the door with our car roof. Jose was sent out within 15 minutes because he was in the area. He examined the damage, was able to straighten the bent pieces and put on new weatherstripping along with some recommended springs & rollers in just a couple of hours. You can't even hear our door opening and closing anymore. Very satisfied with the work!! Professionally done and friendly service

The Company does a great job with online booking and follow up via text of when repair man will arrive. The technician, Sammy was very professional, courteous and patient. He did an excellent job of explaining the options I had for my garage repair. He even answered the many questions I had about the springs and other items and how the operate. It was evident that Sammy really loved his job and the Company he worked for. He was highly complementary and appreciative of all the training he received and that spoke volumes to me. We unfortunately damaged our garage door when backing out of the garage such that the door would not remain closed. I called Precision and a tech named Aaron arrived 1 hour later:) This was. marvelous response to our somewhat dire situation. Aaron is an absolute pleasure to deal with as his demeanor and thoroughness are top notch!!! We were given 2 options: one to try as best as possible to repair the damage on the spot. The 2nd option was go another step up: -- try the repair and IF we were not satisfied, we would not be charged for the repair and the 2nd option would be done later on. Within under 3 hours, Aaron had everything fixed:):) Thank you!!!

Jason Talbot came out to do my estimate and was extremely polite and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I understood the process. When it came time for the installation, George Hix and Hunter Cunningham did an amazing job. They were polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. They also cleaned up so well that my home and garage looked brand new when they left. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received, highly recommend!
