Heard a bang in the garage after 5 on a Saturday, I was able to get an appointment on a Sunday with the most professional technician and by 7 pm on Sunday my issue was fixed but the experience was quick, courteous and professional .

The tech wouldn't even attempt to fix the door which was an easy repair because the door was too old. Even after I agreed to purchase a new door he would not offer any help to at least get the door closed so my family had to spend the night knowing anyone could acsess the house trough the garage at anyti. Also never sent me an estimate on a new door like he said he did.

Cris was very professional. He explained our options as to what should be done with our garage door and did a super job fixing it. This door is 40 years old but in good shape. Employee check everything out, tightened the spring, lubrigated rollers. Employee stated he would be happy to come back if the problem persists. I called Precision to fix a spring that had broken. In order to fix the spring I also had to get new cables and wheel and lube and new piece of wood that was $150. It was very expensive $678.50. I appreciate that they came out the same day I called them and it is fixed, but will get estimates from now on beforehand.
