Our garage door stopped working so I called in the morning on January 12th and Rob West was at our home by 11:30 am. There was a problem with the Linear motor and Rob replaced it at no charge as it was still under warranty. Rob was knowledgeable, timely and courteous. He did a great job and even programmed my car to open the door too! One thing I didn’t notice until a few days later was that I forgot to mention that we also had an outside keypad. We don’t use it a lot but it is convenient when need. I called back and the next morning Craig Earle was there first thing to replace the keypad. He was done in just a few minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Precision Door. You really stand by your work!

In this day and age you never know, so many anymore don't seem to know their job, but Rob was a true professional. He was on time, friendly and did a beautiful job. I would also like to say their serviceman that came out to give us an estimate was also very friendly and easy to deal with.
