Josue showed up in a very timely manner. He was very good with me teaching me how to care for my door, the spring, the hinges and wheels. And he gave me the recomended name of a lubricant for the door and how-to use and apply it. He found then btoken spring and was able to fix it quickly. He was outstanding.

Excellent Service! Joshua was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and gave us tips on how to maintain it for better operation and longevity. Quick Response! Came home from work at 6pm to the garage door not opening. I called Precision Garage Door. They set up an appointment for the next day. First, was not expecting someone to be in the office after 5pm to set up an appointment, but Precision was. Second, was not expecting to schedule an appointment for the next day, but Precision did. I would definitely recommend using Precision Garage Door.

Our garage door completely imploded, bent, and separated on Sunday morning when we pushed the button to open it. I called Precision Doors and they came out an hour or so later…. On Sunday! New door ordered and will be installed next morning. No extra fees for weekend service, significant Veteran’s discount, fast and friendly service. Will recommend Precision Doors to everyone.

I called at 11am as garage door was not performing well. By Noon Chris came out for service. Did an inspection on the performance of the door. Pointed our several worn out parts, gave a quote to bring back to new. I know have a garage door that is probable better then new. From start to finish job was completed in 3.5 hour a very friendly and professional experience. Chris was GREAT!!!
