Precision garage doors did a great job from start to finish. I got an appointment right away the next morning. The technician was here early and was very personable. Wayne is a definite asset to your company. He saw what was wrong. He showed my husband the failed parts and explained plainly why they failed and why they needed to be replaced. He fixed the door in a timely manner. The only negative was I didn’t expect the cost, but it needed to be done. I would call precision again. And request Wayne.

Called Percision and they sent out a technician to access the situation that day. I feared the worse - needed a new garage door opener, new spring and belt drive. It did come with new door cameras, keyless entry and 2 remotes. It cost $1400. More than I expected.Wayne was our technician And was very professional, courteous and did an amazing job.
