Same day service was much appreciated; they even moved my original appt up from a 2-6pm window and arrived before noon. Mike was friendly, professional and finished the job quickly. He took the time to go through pricing options with me and took into account my long-term goals without up-selling. He explained things along the way and taught me how to maintain the best operations of the door. Would recommend.

Called a business I used before. The first thing out of her mouth was the service charge. Then she said I could call Genie and have them walk me through it. I said forget it. Called Precision. Someone was out in an hour. Gave great service. I'm a happy camper.

Service was great. Technician was professional. Was able to get an appointment the next day after calling on a Sunday. However, these were the most expensive garage door opener springs I ever heard of (10X the normal cost available at big box store). Unfortunately, I was in a predicament to get this repaired quickly. I am a DIY'er but just had back surgery and could not do this myself. Two stars overall due to feeling ripped off.

We were able to get service the next day after a spring broke effectively trapping our cars in our garage. We were lucky that we were able to get by without our cars until that time - we would have preferred to have paid extra to get emergency service on the day it broke but apparently that is not offered and this was a warranty repair. The service technician was friendly and had the door fixed quickly once he arrived.

I've only been on my new home barely three weeks, and my garage door slammed down after i enter it. I notice 4 screws had dislodged causing this problem, So I go straight to google and located Precision. They sent Mike out, very nice man, and he a thorough inspection found my issues and a few others that were unbeknownst to me that will need attention later on. Mike did a great job I appreciate him explaining everything to me. He replaced the worn metal plate with a brand new and secure one. Thank you thank you. New Customer Iris Patterson

Mike F serviced my garage door on 3.3.20. He was right on time and very nice. I was worried at what the costs were going to be. but because I had an overhaul done a year ago on the system, all was under warranty to my surprise since I wasn't even aware what what they did merited it. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and very efficient. I would recommend Precision highly as they stand by their warranty.
