As I have an ill husband it was imperative I have the door operational you arrived quickly and at the time promised. I am an older woman and Keith was respectful which is unusual for contractors in my experience. I would like to rehire for further work on my door but I will do more research for a more competitive price when I'm not under pressure. I thought for the time required and supplies $434.00 was excessive.

After calling another company and getting an answering machine, I called Percison. Within a few hours Keith Allen was in my garage fixing my door. Keith was very professional and talked me thru my options. I couldn't be any happier that I called Percision and will never call anyone else when it comes to my garage door. EXCELLENT service. Thank you.

I called Precision in Lutz, they said we can have someone out that afternoon. I didn't feel my situation needed same day service but it is wonderful to know it was an option. Keith called to let me know he was on his way on the day of the appointment. He explained the problem with my garage door and what it needed. Didn't take long for him to fix the problem. He even discussed potential future issues I might expect based on my garage doors age. Very friendly and professional. I will highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to my friends and family! thank you

I had two of my three garage doors rebuilt by Keith from Precision a little over a year ago and I was very happy with Keith and every aspect of his service, so naturally I called them when the spring of my third door broke and sure enough, Keith was the tech that showed up and once again I had an awesome experience was treated like a good friend and within an hour and fifteen minutes everything was fixed and back in perfect working order. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Keith and Precision.

Thank you Jesse Burns! Very professional and made sure that every part of our door was functioning! I called the office for an appointment and was offered a same day time slot. Jesse called me and let me know he was 20 minutes out- worked out perfectly! I told him our concerns and he had a resolution! Thank you for your professional assistance!

we had a garage door with a broken cable, door would not operate, tech was on time and friendly explained the problem, and gave us an appx price, work was done quickly, personally the $680.00 charge for appx 1 hr work and a few repair materials seemed appx twice what the cost should have been. but at the time I had no choice, but to have the work performed.

I've used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service a few times over the past 10-15 years and they ALWAYS have been very professional and done a great job with no call back. Keith was here this week. He was here in the past a few years ago. Nice to see the same technicians still working. I give a 5 star rating. My service performed was a general maintenance this time.

My experience with Precision was a good one. The receptionist that took the call was polite and assisting. Even though my appointment time was later in the day, The receptions called back to advise me that a technician was available earlier, and could be at my house. The Residential Technician, Keith Allen was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and patient. He worked in a timely manner and advised me how to perform oil maintenance on the garage door. Allen left his card for any future questions or concerns that may come up. I would recommend Precision Door to any one.

Keith was very professional, friendly, personable, polite and explained everything as he went in detail. I am very pleased with the service and the experience . I would recommend the company wholeheartedly.

Cant remember the dude's name but he lives in Dunedin. He was GREAT! I am not just bragging. Please got to www.WheelsOfGrace.com and www.AbbysMag.com. That is what we do. We have been in customer service for 25 years in CA, TX and CA. Customer service is what makes America's Businesses Great! There is VERY little of that. You should have the dude train your new hires. ATTITUDE is key! You have earned our business and our recommendation. God bless you, your business and your loved ones, and MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I am in California and haven't seen the repairs personally but was told by my project manager that they were very well done. Work was performed as promised and a complete summary was given to me over the phone as I am not yet living in Florida. Based on the information I’ve received so far I would highly recommend this company and will use them exclusively for any future tune up or work required.

The service was done quickly and thoroughly. The technician showed me how to use the new key pad and remote. This is not the first time I have used Precision; I am completely satisfied with the product sold me and the technician's attitude.
